Buyer beware....this is a total SCAM. I ordered 3 rocking chairs which, after a number of weeks were marked as delivered. I never received the order and PatioLuxe will not reply to any of my emails. SHOP also have washed their hands of this. Steer clear at all costs.

Terrible service. Bought 2 chairs. Said they were delivered but they were not. Completely ignored by the ‘support’ email.
Taken my money with no product.

Don’t be an idiot like me and fall for this! Total scam. I ordered two patio rockers and received a very small Jiffy bag one month later with 3 small ‘crosses’ ??? They are not responding to any contact. Fortunately I paid with credit card so I have had my money refunded. You have been warned!

Ordered 3 rocker chairs on June 4. No email follow up or confirmation. Logged into their site and it looked like the order had been received, but not picked, etc 5 weeks later.

No stars should be available on review.I was scammed the same as many others by this site. I also received 3 tiny little metal crosses and was told my order, 2 patio chairs, had been delivered. Absolute disgrace!!!

Should be able to give no star, complete SCAM!!! Ordered one patio rocker, they took money for three then sent 3 tiny plastic cross beads in the post and said delivered!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE

Ordered 2 x chairs. Paid £150 even though it’s priced at £60.
Could get my money back.
Took well over 25working days for delivery and when it was “delivered” it was either to the wrong address as shown on the tracker or they delivered 2 pieces of metal in a parcel.

Tired emails and chasing up the issue. No replies.
Absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs.

Scam! scam! scam! Do not buy anything from them. Bought chairs, received metal charms.

Order a garden chair and they never arrived

Didn't receive the items. Had tracking which gave you hope then random email saying it had been delivered while we were home.
Paid through PayPal who were great in getting my money back.
Raised a ticket with patio luxe as per their process but no response at all.
Awful company do not deal with.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a patio chair and parcel that arrived today is a small envelope with a small green cross in it. Definitely not a patio chair. Currently disputing the payment with my bank !!

Do not trust this company. 3 chairs bought and a month later 3 small crosses received

Ordered two rocking patio chairs 30th May. The order should have been discounted for buying two, but it did not.

I emailed them stating this and I had a response stating they would address it and reimburse me the difference in 7 days.

I checked delivery status two weeks later and it states it was still being processed.

Numerous emails sent to customer service asking about my order, had no response to any of my emails.

Received my bank statement today and the original payment has gone out and no reimbursement for the difference.

Now contacting Barclay Card to report this scam and get my money back!

Really wish I had read the reviews before hand. Placed my order nearly a month ago with absolutely zero communication when asking for updates. Unlike other people I haven’t actually yet received anything and will have to waste my time going through my bank for a refund as I highly doubt they will respond! Disgrace of a company! Ordered 2 garden chairs. Reminded me that if something is too good to be true then it is!

Please please avoid! It’s a scam!!! I have ordered a chair and order randomly created additional 4 chairs… I received an envelope with some random rubbish in it. Unrelated to my order. Raising this as a dispute with my bank. Please be aware- a well known scam!

SCAM COMPANY!!!! They will take your money and run with no way of contacting them. I wish like others on here that I had looked them up on this before I ordered two garden rocking chairs. Complete scam artists and tik tok should be doing due diligence but obviously not. I hope they l choke on all the money they stole the rats!!

Saw them on TikTok decided to buy 2 patio chairs and got scammed. Took a month to come and I received 3 tiny blue crosses. Absolutely fuming. Going through my bank to try and get my money back
