I had to wait a while for my cushion to come but it was worth the wait. The quality of the sewing was excellent with the right amount of thickness to the foam very comfortable. Choice of fabrics was also very good as was the selection of colours. I feel I paid a fair price for a quality item that will not have to be replaced any time soon. I had been wanting to get a cushion for my garden bench for years. I did not want to pay a lot of money and online shopping you cannot be sure of quality. Having not sat on my garden bench since purchasing it, this cushion has made a big difference to the comfort and I am now enjoying my garden bench. I am extremely happy I decided to trust this company with my purchase and I would not hesitate to shop here again.

We were looking for replacement cushions for our existing Rattan set as the existing set were well worn and never very comfy. I had some dealings with Kate at Patio Cushions and she was very helpful throughout with the end result being they provided us with high quality, comfortable and extremely well made replacement cushions at a very reasonable price. Kate couldn't do enough for us with regards ensuring the cushion sizes were correct and making sure we were happy with the fabrics available. All in all, I can highly recommend this company as it was a really top service throughout. Our patio set is now very high quality, totally rejuvenated so thank you Patio Cushions for a great service.

Great quality Ultra fast in getting my design look amazing

I absolutely love my new cushions, I had made a large new wooden seating area for the decking and I had found this company before I started making the furniture so I knew what measurements to work to. Cushions arrived about 2 weeks after ordering vacuumed packed. So needed a few minutes for them to plump up.... and they are so plump and full and so comfortable 😍 thank you.

The quality of our bench cushion is excellent. I searched a long time to get the exact dimensions we needed. The Company are reliable, helpful and delivery was quick.

Really pleased with quality of the cushion. Nice fabric which appears to be sufficiently hard wearing but soft to the touch. Strong zip for cover removal for washing. Very comfortable on our garden bench.

Our swing cushion didn’t arrive on time, but I was kept informed by a lady called Kate, the cushion arrived and the quality appears to be excellent.

Good communication from the business. My chosen cushion colour was unfortunately out of stock but there were plenty of alternatives available which I was promptly made aware of. Very happy with the final product.

Reasonable quality and sizing good.

A sturdy swing cushion replacement, but a fraction too small in length and depth. Comfortable, so we'll fit for purpose. Delivery is not quick, but that is made clear, and was on time.

My cushions for my garden swing are really beautiful! Properly thick padding and so pretty! The only negative is the delivery time, but if they are made to order that is acceptable!

Fabulous seat cushion. Really well made

Firstly the quality of the item cannot be faulted. There is probably 50% more stuffing than our previous cushion. The sizing is spot on and overall appearance is smart. There are some small issues which aren't important to me but would be to others.
1 - The colour of the cushion is nothing like that ordered. We ordered a dark blue which looked almost a Royal/Navy cross on the picture. We have received a denim colour. We actually like the colour but not as displayed so something to consider if you are expecting an exact colour match
2 - Delivery wait time was about 3 weeks. I had pre read reviews so expected this, however wait time are not confirmed in the order confirmation email, so could cause issues if you were expecting it immediately.

Overall I would recommend and would use again. Just go in with your eyes open to the above points and I am sure you will be happy with your purchase.

Excellent Customer service, Excellent pricing and quality product. Delivery for me was 14 days, but well worth the wait.
