I found the product worked very well
I found the product worked very well, especially if I left it on a bit longer than it suggested on the instructions. However, my patio was very grubby. It looked a treat afterwards. I will be using this product again next year.

Having not received the product from Royal Mail I was contacted by customer service at Patio Black Spot Remover.com who were very helpful and resolved the issue . I have used Patio Black Spot Remover in the past and it is easily the most effective product I have used having tried several other products.

Did a trial area (September). Very effective, like new, even without pressure washing. Localised heavy black spot areas would need a second go. Will leave it now to the spring and do the whole patio.

Disappointed with this product.
Have applied the product to my path but it hasn't worked. A second light spray has also failed to remove the black spots. Very disappointed.

The Patio Black Spot Remover will remove every spot, however, depending on the age of the stone, additional applications may be required.
On the label, we recommend treating just one slab until no spots remain. This will give you the confidence the product works and an indication of how much product you will require to complete the rest of the area. If you could send us a photo of the area being treated to info@pbsr.co.uk, we can advise you further.
Once all the spots have been removed, the Preventer applied annually will ensure the spots don't return. This will cost just £1.20 per SQM annually.

I followed the instructions precisely but the black spots remained. The weather has not allowed me to repeat the treatment so I will withhold judgement until I gave repeated the treatment

On the instructions, we recommend treating one slab first until no spots remain. This will then give you the confidence the product works, you'll then know what is required to complete the rest of the area.

What amazing results!
I have around 100 sq metres of Indian Sandstone paving in my back garden that has been down around six years. It was so badly affected by black spot it was spoiling my garden and I was beginning to regret having it laid. Then I found the Black Spot Removal Company on line and read the brilliant reviews. I decided to use the removal service and the job was done yesterday. I am absolutely amazed by the results as the paving looks brand new again. I am delighted both with the product and the service and will be having the treatment on an annual basis in future to ensure my paving stays looking this good. Thank you!

Garden Patio Black spots Cleaning
Michael arrived on time to carry out the patio cleaning. He surveyed the patio and asked us the type of sandstone we have laid and then recommended the correct level of treatment.
He was polite and gave us tips on maintaining the patio after removal of black spots
He left the site clean and tidy.

The product although was priced towards the top end of similar ones; but, didn’t perform as well as I’ve hope. I’m a landscaper so used to products of this nature, but this one’s strength was not a good as I’d expected.

Brilliant product
