They are the sneakiest company out there with the worst customer service ive ever seen. Theyre phone number for support just rings and rings. I made the mistake of buying one that wouldnt be here in time. So I bought another with faster shipping for more money. Thinking I could return the other unopened box. They refused it and sent it back for no reason. They are crooks. The 10day detox does not work. I followed it every step. I wrote theyre support and got yelled at saying I must of did something wrong. Theyre crooks who will never fulfill there money back guarantee or even answer the phone when you call. Will never go near the clowns again.

Scam products. Spent hundreds of dollars and failed hair and urine. Don't stand by guarantee. Worst customer service ever. If you want a legit detox company check out Scitox. Everyday heavy user and I passed my hair follicle test and nail test using their products. Check out their reviews. Customers rave about them because after dealing with a company like passyourtest or ToxinRid or TestClear, Scitox is a breath of fresh air. Genuine, caring, reliable science based products. Folliclean is a fail, Aloe toxin Rid and Macujo are a Scam. All these detox companies are trash.

After using their 5-day cleanse and following all instructions, I still tested positive for THC. This was after waiting TWO MONTHS after I had stopped smoking. When requesting a refund or a replacement to try the product a second time, I was asked a series of questions which I answered thoroughly with detail. I received a rude response that I needed to answer the questions with “a simple yes or no, not all the extra information”.
So, I answered the questions simply as to not confuse this person who couldn’t comprehend my first set of answers. The response that I received was condescending and insinuated that I didn’t follow their program or use the product as directed. If this person had simply said that I was outside their 30-day refund window I would have been fine, but they instead chose to be disrespectful, condescending and outright rude. They even added “perhaps you should refrain from using drugs or alcohol in the future”, which I found VERY inappropriate and offensive, as I have been sober for quite some time.
When I responded that the condescension and rudeness was inappropriate and that they were unhelpful so if be filing a complaint with the BBB, they responded “I stopped reading your response after the first sentence. I’m not here to argue with you.” If they are not there to serve the customer, they shouldn’t be called “customer service”.
I would give less than 1 star if possible because I have NEVER dealt with such a disrespectful customer service agent.
They also don’t allow you to leave a review on their website, so they OBVIOUSLY only put good reviews on their site, which is EXTREMELY dishonest. I asked for the representative’s name with no response, so I assume the company either allows any of their agents to speak to customers in this manner OR it’s just one miserable, angry, despicable, and disrespectful garbage human.

I recently ordered from pass your test. I paid for the expedited 3 day delivery. It originally was coming on time and now it is delayed. I wanted a refund from pass your test for that extra money I paid. They of course made excuses and did nothing. There is no one to talk to they never answer the phone. The only way is email. I will never use this company again and if there were zero stars I would have given them that. Be careful paying for the expedited delivery.

It didn’t work. I followed everything to a T except going to the gym. I don’t see how going to the gym would cause a positive result. It seems like they put that in the direction to CTA. These people won’t give a refund and I would not waste your money on this crap. They gave me the run around and I did get rude at the end. If I could’ve left a 0 star rating I would.

They ripped me off. They charged me $90 for the product. $20 for overnight shipping and they never sent the product. These people are scammers. Basically taking money for a product they aren't selling. They are scumbag theifs.

If I could give no stars, I would. Ordered the 5 day extreme detox kit. Quit smoking 2 weeks before I even got it. Followed the instructions and meal plan. Failed both tests they sent with it. Now they're dicking me over for my refund. Don't waste your money. Tell all of your friends.

this product simply doesn't work your supposed to be a non active person for it supposedly to work it is not a detox it's a masking agent I quit smoking 36 days before taking it and still dirty on all 8 urine tests I've taken use fake pee if you absolutely need to pass don't waste your money I should have read the reviews before I wasted money

Ordered 10 day kit for over night delivery. Didn't get the package, and received an unsolicited email that my order was delayed. When I asked that they refund my overnight shipping they said, "No, it's not our fault." I canceled the order but time was of the essence so I immediately placed an order with another company. Later, I saw two emails within less than an hour of each other. The first one said, "Our mistake, looks like your order will be delivered but for us to get paid, you have to order again bc we issued you a refund." Very soon after was an email saying, "Good news, we undid your refund." Problem is, I had already ordered from another company! When I said this, the customer service person said I didn't place a separate order, and accused me of trying to steal product from them. Even after I sent them an email confirmation of the other product I ordered, the customer service person insisted I was trying to scam them. Keep in mind, they are the ones that contacted me about this first! The person said I didn't respond to their email (in 45 mins mind you) so I could get free product. When I finally said I don't want your product, I'll return it, they sent me standard return instructions which of course don't refund the $68 I paid for shipping and also charge a restocking fee. The other product i ordered handles returns the same way so now im stuck with product I dont need and best case, can return minus about $80. All of this was because of them. All I wanted was my product delivered on time and they acted like I was a criminal. Absolutely terrible. Don't ever buy from these guys. Might even be a scam. I'm not sure.

This company is a huge SCAM. I didn’t get the product in time, after paying an additional $50+ to do 2-day shipping, but hey! guess what, they don’t ship on weekends so I’m the dummy for not seeing that fine print AFTER purchasing the test.

So, I receive the test and OPEN the UPS box, like any normal customer would.

After communicating to some rude POS, horrible, rude customer service.….he states that I cannot return the unused, unopened tests bc the UPS shipping box was opened.

WHUT?!

You guarantee $$$ back if your test doesn’t work, but you won’t allow me to return the unused, unopened box of tests?

I purchased this product believing that they would stand by their 100% guarantee if it did not work. The product did not work when I emailed them for a refund like was instructed they were extremely rude and told me I didn't follow the instructions and they refused to stand by their guarantee!

This did not work for me. I stopped using THC for two weeks before I purchased their Nutra Cleanse 5 day detox. After 21 days, and using their product exactly as directed, I still tested positive.

Your customer service sucks. The person who emailed me was very rude. They gave me direct instructions on how to send back my return yet because the box was damaged during shipping they refused to give me a refund. You don’t do not care about your customers. Thanks for completely ripping me off! I will be reporting you to the better business bureau.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. I was not a heavy smoker, had already stopped smoking 2 weeks prior to purchasing the 10 day kit & followed the instructions to a T, finished my cleanse 5 days ago & am still testing positive. I understand this was not a guarantee but it was an absolute waste of money. I bought tests to measure the levels of thc in my body & the level did not decrease at all after using this product. I also paid an additional $50 shipping for next day delivery, received an email after 2 days stating that my order was delayed so I requested a refund for the extra shipping charges. Their customer service was quick to respond apologizing for the delay & advised they would issue a refund immediately, however, instead they charged my card an additional $50 instead of refunding it. When I responded asking them to please review the charge, they told me I was "absolutely incorrect" & that a refund was issued. After I provided a screenshot of my bank statement showing I was, in fact, charged again for the shipping rather than being refunded they stated "that is simply not possible". I had to file a dispute with my bank & am STILL trying to get my money refunded.

Followed instructions and the diet for the 10 day cleanse, no greasy fatty or processed foods. I had already stopped smoking for two weeks prior, drank about 150 oz of water or 100% cranberry juice every day and still came out negative a full week after finishing the cleanse. Tried calling about 5 times but they never went through, sent 3 emails but all of them came back undelivered because their servers “did not accept request to connect” and I even sent a letter in the mail. Their guarantee is a lie and their tests are useless. I didn’t even want to bother with the “clean caps” so I had to use synthetic urine for my drug test. Wasted over 100 bucks for nothing

I took your 5 day cleanse as a person who has not smoked in a couple of weeks and wanted to cleanse before getting back into the job market. Yesterday was day 5 and I am still “hot” which tells me your system does not work. I already dont eat greasy food, (I’ll attach a picture of myself). I am ex military and generally follow instructions to a T. I am really contacting before I take the time to review your product so that others may be warned and was hoping for a response. I did buy personal thc test and I made sure they work by dipping 2 of them. in just water. I’m not sure what else you would ask me to do.

5’6” black male 145lbs diet includes tuna, egg whites, protein, vitamins, 2 cups of plain coffee with collagen included each morning. Copious amounts of water as well throughout each day. On the initial first 3 days I supplemented water with large jugs of 100% cranberry juice. Also I personally think it is nonsense that you include a “clouder” for test day. Is that not proof your products dont work? If I wanted to cloud I would just buy a louder because I know they work for testing but I actually have made health decision to no longer use medical mj (I quit 2 weeks before I bought your cleanse) and wanted my body to just go back to normal as the prescription I had was my mental health VA doctor’s recommendation but I don't like how it makes me feel. Hopefully you will understand my wanting a refund on this because $110 is ridiculous if it wont work. Also please understand that I only smoked a quarter of a blunt at night for insomnia so I don't think you guys consider that a heavy user but I bought the 5 day anyway. Please get back to me.

Nutra-Cleanse detox products are a scam. I purchased the $130 10-Day Detox and followed ALL instructions EXACTLY. the product did not cleanse my system of THC as is it is guaranteed. The company states on their website that if you have issues, a full refund will be provided. However, when I contacted the company to request either another 5 days of product or a full refund, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. They accused me of not following the instructions, and made completely unfounded accusations that their product failed because I was “taking advice from an online blog.” (?) This never happened. This company will argue with you, gaslight you, and then stop responding when you insist on a refund. Their customer service indicates that they are WELL AWARE their product does not work and have no intention of honoring their “guarantee” of a refund if the product is ineffective. RUN, DO NOT WALK, FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

Update: Only after submitting this review did the company FINALLY gave me a refund. Customers should never have to go through 10 emails, calls, and public shaming of the company to get a refund issued if the product is ineffective.
