mi sono totalmente affidato al negozio senza conoscerlo. ho riscontrato massima serietà, ho ricevuto l'orologio scelto nelle condizioni indicate nel sito, cioè mai usato, fatta eccezione per la scatola che mostrava i segni del tempo, ma ci sta. il bene mi è stato consegnato nei tempi del corriere, e l'oggetto mi è stato fornito con tanto di certificazione sul suo funzionamento per opera del laboratorio del negozio. soddisfatto.

cancellation of trade bid on Chrono 24
Hello, I have used Chrono 24 `s trade sale option to open my Patek Philippe Calavatra ref 3944 (only made ever in quartz). Passione Vintage made a bid through Chrono`s system, which I accepted. I then received from Passione Vintage the request to send over the watch. The next thing is that I received another message from Chrono 24 that the Passione cancelled their bid....Bad business Passione! A complaint is filed at Chrono 24, as this possibility to cancel a bid defeats the whole idea of a trade bidding system. Anyway, it does not show maturity, professionalism on the part of Passione Vintage.

First of all, let us say that your comment and your vote are absolutely inappropriate.
Your judgement comes only for the disillusion to haven't sold a watch that doesn't worth as much as you required. You didn't mention the fact that Chrono24's terms give to every part in the bid (seller /buyer) 14 days to make a step back if they are not sure about the transaction. You didn't write that we asked many times if your watch was a quartz model, furthermore you didn't answer to every single request.
What does it mean? It's simple.. and every watch's enthusiast knows it.
Quartz model cannot be valued as automatic watches.
The quartz watch has a lower cost and its mechanism requires a battery to ensure that the clock oscillator circuit is moving, and therefore marks the passage of time. Automatic watches have a higher cost, it is unlike the quartz movement, do not require a battery, thanks to the exploitation of the internal rotor motor to it.
You were trying to make an abuse hiding this fundamental information.
We are a serious and well-known jewelery and trade all over the world with several watch lovers and we never had problems with anyone. Your attempt went wrong. By the way, we have already informed Chrono24 about your dirt job.

Surprisingly smooth and easy
I never made a purchase of this magnitude online and therefore was rather wary approaching this project. Communication with Passione Vintage (Giovanni) was super easy and he was able to give me the needed trust to execute the transaction. Within 48 hours DHL approached me and once my Panera was through customs I could unpack the watch (it was packed with great care), which was exactly as presented by Giovanni. All went exactly how I wished it to be and I can only recommend to deal with Giovanni and his team should they have a watch you are looking for. Well done and thanks

Great customer care
I bought a Panerai for a great price from Passione Vintage and I received the watch in about two days. The watch was a little more than a year old, marketed as "almost like new" and the condition of the watch was good, only a few small dents on the case which you would expect on a 47mm watch that has been worn for almost a year. I will do business with them again in the future.
