We chose Pasks as they had great reviews and we weren’t disappointed. It was our first time using a packing and moving company, and whilst it cost a bit more it wasn’t the most expensive quote we received, and the service couldn’t have been better. We were able to book to move less than a week in advance, and they charged a fixed rate unlike other companies who charge per hour/ per box which can add up especially when you’re waiting for completion on the day. They arrived the day before with all the boxes and packed our whole flat in under 3 hours. The next day they came and loaded the van and disassembled our bed, and we didn’t have to do a thing! They were so polite and really understanding of us having 2 indoor cats and needing to ensure they didn’t escape, and doing what they could to keep us calm. Moving can be a very stressful experience and Pasks were worth every single penny in making the experience as smooth as possible. Really recommend!

From the moment we enquired for a quote to arriving at the property we were moving to, Pasks were so helpful, efficient and made the experience of moving as stress-free as possible. They gave us an accurate quote and for the fantastic service we received, they were worth every penny. On the removal day, they were really friendly, arrived early to assess the move and worked so well as a team throughout the day. No request was too much and despite being on the second floor with no lift, they got on with the job in great spirits, which really made the whole move so positive. They have a great system but above all we would highlight just how kind and friendly the whole team were. We could not recommend them more and would absolutely use this company again. Pask’s came highly recommended and still managed to exceed my expectations. Communication was smooth and clear throughout, ensuring all my questions were answered. I used them for full service - packing a 3br house and moving. The team showed up to pack promptly and finished it all within three hours! The next day, the guys came right on time to move everything, were efficient, and kept good spirits while unpacking and reassembling it all in a house set over 4 stories. The team was so kind and professional, and at a great price point. After this experience, they are definitely the only movers I’d call for London. Highly recommended!

5-star service! We could not speak more highly of the team who managed our move seamlessly from start to finish. Super friendly, warm, communicative, transparent and thinking quickly on their feet - we had two pieces of furniture that didn’t fit through the doorway (very stressful) and by thinking out of the box and leveraging their knowledge and network we managed to get an emergency crane to get it lifted through the windows. This is the first time I've actively wanted to write a review for a company and I'm pleased to say it's a 5 star one. I genuinely can't stress how great the experience with Pasks has been! From the very outset the journey has been smooth, with a WhatsApp chat with the team where we worked out the quote and they answered questions and shared handy tips on how to be best prepared on the day, all the way through to the move day itself where we were joined by Lewis, Luke, Jahmal and Jobba who were amazing! They were polite, efficient, and friendly and made my wife and I feel relaxed on what is usually an incredibly stressful day. We were told in no uncertain terms to sit back, relax and play with our children while they did all the work.
We did feel a little guilty as we had tried to get everything clearly labelled and prepared in advance but when the guys arrived we were still in a state of disarray, but despite this they helped us to finish getting things sorted and always asked questions if they weren't sure what was going where.
When we got to the new house everything was equally smooth and they got everything loaded into the correct rooms in record time.... and rebuilt our bed for us!!!
