Todd has been 5*. What an incredible person and professional. He knew I had some bad experience with previous dealerships and he really took care of me. He helped consult me on what car would suit my needs best, always kept within budget and found me an amazing new set of wheels. He made the impossible, possible! And nothing was too much of an ask. Where do I start.. I contacted Todd to source a car with very specific options and requirements and got told by other companies 2-6 weeks. Todd managed to source me the perfect car for a fantastic price in under 3 hours!! Absolutely unbelievable customer service skills, was always available to answer any questions and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process.
