Short expiry date window
I recently bought a bulk pack of condoms, which according to the FAQs had a 4-5 year shelf life. Customer service claimed it is 2 years. However, the product I purchased had an expiration date of only 10 months. There is no indication of the expiration date of the product in the descriptions. I enquired about this and have received no response- I received a 50% refund despite wanting to return the unopened product, but ultimately I cannot be purchasing future products from this website if it’s not guaranteed that the product I am investing in has the appropriate shelf life.

We are sorry for the confusion that may have been caused relating to the product you recently purchased.
The FAQ about product shelf life that you refer to explains the length of time a product can be stored without becoming unfit for use.
This period will start from the date of manufacture. Therefore, depending on transportation times and warehouse storage times prior to sale we may not always be able to supply products to the end user with such a long product life remaining .
We endeavour to supply products to the end user with as much shelf-life left as possible, but we cannot always guarantee that it will exceed 12 months.”
