Received my item in just a few days with regular shipping.

Placed the order because your site said it was in stock, but immediately after, found out it was not. At least you refunded the purchase very quickly.

The part was what I ordered, is working well and arrived sooner than I had expected.

The package was correct and it arrived quickly.

Trash. Site claims 2 filters will be sent. I verified this with them. Got a torn bag with one filter removed. Added to that the price is for 2 filters. The box was not sealed properly leading to the filter being exposed to dirt,liquid,and undoubtedly the virus at some point. The filter is worthless as the seal on it was broken. These people, if they are trully in this field should know that this filter is worthless. They do not answer any email unless it deals with buying something... beyond that you will he stuck in a phone system that will tell you someone will call you in 10 minutes ,no one does. Its not worth the problems and there is no value here.

Horribly deceptive. Picture of two filters shown. Who uses or changes out only one filter?! Plural language used throughout description. ... 'particulate filter combinations',...'pre-assembled with P100 filters',...'cartridge/filter assemblies using P100 filters...'

I receive the box with a filter pack that states: '2 filters contained'.

The pack was ripped open. One filter is removed. Only one filter came with instructions contained within.

Well, I was asked for a review at this point. The information I have now - I placed an order. The item has moved, nor been picked up for three business days; so while I have the tracking number, that really doesn't mean much.

At this point, I expect that nothing will change, and I would be filing a dispute Monday if the part is not shipped out.

They were very helpful on the phone in getting me my humidifier filter. Received the package even faster than they said I would.
