The gazebo and all the accessories were just what we needed to make my 60th birthday( especially the heaters) a great day. The Guys set up the gazebo and took it back down again with no hassle. I would fully recommend party Zone hire.

Overall I’m glad we booked a gazebo from party zone hire. The gazebo was a perfect size and it was put up quickly and efficiently. We had lots of compliments at our garden party and I’d definitely book again. My constructive feedback would be that 2 of the lights were not working. They should have been checked before leaving us with them. I texted Andris straight away hoping for a resolution but we didn’t get a solution that worked and just had to accept it. I’d have really appreciated a refund on that part of the order or someone coming to replace them before the party. My other constructive feedback would be that the delivery was over an hour earlier than the text stated. This meant I didn’t have chance to get the garden ready and make sure it was free from dog dirt before the gazebo arrived. Only minor issues that would have made the process perfect. It didn’t affect the party and I’d still book again in future.

Gazebo delivered on time, set up went smoothly, clear instructions given and removal of gazebo was done quickly and efficiently. Completely satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again.

I made my booking online a while before my son’s birthday. I received email confirmation immediately. On the day of the event, the hired bouncy castle was quick to be inflated at the time stated on the email. My son absolutely loved his spider man bouncy castle. I had no concerns throughout. Overall, the customer service was good and I will be looking to use this company again in future. Thank you.

Could have been about £30-£50 less if I’m honest on price but fulfilled its purpose.

Hired a hot tub with gazebo for my daughter and her friends. Could not fault the service. Arrived on time and was set up quickly and efficiently with a very friendly service. Everything was explained in great detail and all my questions were answered leaving me feeling confident and happy with the hired equipment. No issues at all and the kids absolutely loved it! Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Was so easy to book online with prices clearly stated. Excellent customer service from email confirmations and text reminders. Andris and his team arrived promptly to erect our gazebo and were so professional and friendly. Really impressed with the quality of the gazebo and all the extras we ordered-lights, sound system and table. Will definitely be using this company again and will be recommending to all our friends.
