I ordered balloons for my husband’s 70th birthday dinner. Up to the delivery I received good service from them. However, the delivery company they used sent a text message on the morning of the party to say they couldn’t deliver the balloons at the venue as there was no one there and they wouldn’t be back until the following day! I couldn’t get hold of anyone from Party on Balloons and couldn’t find a human being to talk to at DPD. I also had a birthday cake delivered that morning which was fine so I don’t know what the DPD driver was talking about. I then had to go out and buy balloons and get them to the venue myself. So I am now out financially on two lots of balloons. It is now Tuesday and I’m still waiting to hear from Party on Balloons. Very, very poor customer service.

Horrible balloons. Don't get them. So underwhelming and poorly made.
Also not all of ordered arrived.

Ordered a birthday balloon package for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Emailed customer services as I wanted very specific colours. They were very helpful and made sure the design was exactly as I wanted! Got regular updates and was very happy with the overall design and service.

I’ve used Party On a few times now for family celebrations and events and every time I’m so impressed with the quality and design of the balloons! They really make the celebration extra special and I’ll definitely continue using them for future events.

Do not order from here. Unreliable, order came incorrect and gender reveal was ruined. Politely explained to customer service that I understand these things can happen but can I please get a refund as the balloon was not used as it was not what I ordered.

We order balloons for our new office building opening day and the team did not fail to deliver. Communication was fantastic, delivery was made in good time. Would absolutely recommend!

A last minute request was dealt with professionally and quickly and the result was simply fabulous! I have never seen such beautifully crafted and personalised balloons! DPD delivered the next day, on time and they were the highlight of the party decor!

We had a rocky start with Partyon the first balloon we had delivered was flat and we were terrified it wasn't going to be any good for our Disneyland reveal to the kids.

Queue Benjamin our saviour, I explained the situation to him and he got another exact copy of our order sent out the next day.

I ordered personalised balloon package which includes a personalised balloon and some other inflatable balloons for my sister’s 40th birthday. The order was shipped in 2 boxes. I got the personalised balloon but the other half was missing to only find it was wrongly diverted to york depot. Mind you i received the balloons on the 24th and her birthday was 26th so as they suggested on the website at least 2 days before the needed date just in case. It didn’t arrive on the 24th and was so called expected by 10pm on the 25th which by then there was no point sending the balloons to my address so i changed it to my sisters which is closer to the york depot its stuck at. Fast forward 26th arrives i got a 10-11am time slot and as the hours rolled on nothing, no update all I got was the driver was a bit behind. Again fast forward to now 20:08 i get a message that it was delivered. My sister goes outside and no package, front or back. Mind you there was no photo uploaded at this stage. Again messed around by the DPD courier. Now it’s 27th after looking on the app a photo magically appears and they’ve delivered it to the wrong house. No clue which one but as far as i’m concerned the goods were not delivered. I emailed the company explaining what happened, they have offered a partial refund on the ones i didn’t receive. However please find a more reliable courier as this will put customers off from re-ordering again!

Have used this company on many occasions for balloons and i CANNOT fault them. The balloons are always beautifully put together, and add an extra something special to the occasion. The team are nothing but helpful and go over and above to help and create something special. Cannot recommend this company enough!

I had a last minute need for a balloon for my daughters birthday which was the next day. I contacted them to ask if this was possibly at this late stage, I was offered exactly what I wanted with wording and the colour scheme requested. I couldn't have been more happier with the service and product I received. My daughter loved the feathers!
I will be using them in future for all my balloons. Thank you!

I bought a personalised balloon for my wife's baby shower, which was delivered on the expected day. On opening the box the ribbon holding the balloon to the weight was tangled in two knots. I contacted them and received a response saying they it must've been tangled in the box during transit and that they hope it doesn't take me long to untangle. It did take around 10 minutes of my time to untangle and I was left with a tatty looking ribbon as a result. I contacted again and I was offered £1.91 refund as a gesture of good will. Not the service or quality that I was expecting. Would definitely not recommend to a friend.
