This is the worst company to trust with your needs. I ordered a replacement snow blower blade and paid for 1-3 day express shipping because my last blade broke and another storm was predicted for the upcoming weekend. 4 days later and the day of the prediction it still didn’t come and I reached out to the company and they then told me that it was backlogged until Feb 20th. I asked if I would get refunded my express shipping and they replied I would receive credit (which I will never use because I don’t trust this company to fulfill their end of the deal, so I am out of my express shipping). I just received another email today, Feb 14, that the shipping is now moved to March, right after the snow season here. Untrustworthy and lack of communication is the reason that Partswarehouse.com won’t see my business or be recommended by me or other business partners that I have.

My order didn't ship in a timely manor. After waiting for over a week and several phone calls it was finally shipped. My shipping and handling fee was paid to FedEx but the part came by the USPS and I ended up having to pay them $23.50 for the postage.

They had exactly the part I needed in stock for a good price. Saved me over a 150 bucks on a new unit. 22 dollars in parts got me going again. I was very happy. Super easy checkout too.

They refunded me my order as it wasnt in stock. Problem was they refunded me when the exchange rate was down and i lost money from the purchase. They didnt take any account of re-imbursting me correctly. AVOID!!!
