Very good experience with both the service and the product.

Prices and service are great, did a order for 100 hr service kits and got everything I needed quickly, they did send the wrong fuel filters but sent the correct ones out immediately

Shipping is atrocious at best. Still haven’t received any parts. They were 15 miles from my house yesterday and are now 4 hours away.

If it was no stars so far that’s what I would pick still waiting on my boat keys 2 monthes later I have reached out to company and was told they are on back order then I get an email saying they want a review on how they got me my parts I still have not got them wen I do I will be happy to come back and update but as of now not happy

I’m giving my experience a 1.. The price for the items I ordered was great and, I also received a First Responder discount.. However, I received an email advising me that I had to pay an additional $173 to have the items shipped due to the size and weight of the boxes.. I called to ask additional questions and was told the same story..I canceled my order..I was able to get the same items through a competitor for the same price and there was NO ADDITIONAL FREIGHT..In fact, one box weighed 12 LBS and the other box weighed 24 LBS. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the up charge and lack of candor..The excuse for additional payment was read verbatim from your website small print..

I ordered parts from your company, but never received them. I tried to cancel my order and get a refund but was told it had already shipped.UPS said they never received the package from partsvu . Finally I filed a dispute through my credit card company.
I ordered the same parts from another company and received them four days later.

The product was shipped very quickly, and the prices were really competetive.

When ordering I was not told a date when my parts would arrive or even a date when they would be shipped. A week after I had ordered I still did not have a delivery date.

Easy to order. They have the parts you need and great prices. The only problem i have is not easily finding the parts that would be "extra". Like ordering a water pump kit it's not that easy to find the housing which is not standard.
