Ordered a part for my stove and it was promptly delivered the following day, unfortunately the part was slightly damaged most likely from manufacturing. Parts Town gave me a total refund due to the part being on back order. Overall excellent service, thank you Parts Town.

I was charged twice for shipping for…
I was charged twice for shipping for one order with two items. I contacted customers service and they stated that they could not do anything for me as it was two separate transactions. Both parcels showed up on time and the same time as it was the same order. It was definitely a glitch or something as it should have been one transaction and one shipping charge. Double check your cart !! And don’t trust the fee’s!!! Customer service was not willing to wave one chipping charge.
