I wanted a OEM part - but is the hassle worth it?
I wanted a OEM part, so I paid premium dollars for the required part, paid shipping, and 9 days later I have been informed that my required part, which still has yet to arrive, is delayed due to missed connection. It is hard to not buy aftermarket parts that I can have shipped next day for a third the price.
I am very disappointed that you are even asking how my part is, when it still has not even arrived, and just been informed they do not know when it will arrive.

Easy to navigate site. Overnight delivery. Secure packaging. Only challenge was that replacement part, while identical in makeup to the original, was configured slightly differently which took a minor, easy adjustment in order for it to be installed properly.

SLOW DELIVERY
Ordered on a Friday morning.. Part is not arriving till 11 days later (ie. a week Tuesday). I was expecting 5 business (i.e. arrive on the next Friday).
Very unhappy about this as this is a furnace part. (i.e. no heat)

The parts work great
They had all the parts I needed. They even had the manual for the appliance available on line to help me find the parts that I didn't even know could be replaced! Better to spend $250 rather than $5k for a used unit. I'm very happy.
