All well, right from order ack to despatch.
A word of appreciation to the courier company.

Looks like a fraud company to me. I've tried to order(100202083) a part for my car and paid advance amount but the order got canceled. I thought the order was failed and made another order(100202091) with full payment. It has been 13days and still no shipment has been made. I'm still waiting for the refund on 100202083 and waiting for the delivery of 100202091. I've raised a support ticket and called over the mobile number. They simply said I will get a refund for the canceled order and delivery for the paid order which never happened as of now. I'll change this rating if I ever receive a legit parts I've ordered.
Editing this as I received the products from successful order after 30days. Quality is reasonable. No refund was initiated for cancelled Order yet.

Parts Big Boss Fraud Company,I contact them phone Or mail etc but no one answer.Order no#100199884.The way product damage is like throwing the product while putting.I don't want your products anymore. I will return it. Tell your courier person to pick up the products as soon as possible.

I had ordered XL6 headlight chrome garnish about a month back and both times I received broken items. The last consignment was returned to them on 4 July 24 and received by them by 9 July 25. Despite whatsapp messages and raising a ticket, the refund has not been received till date. Interestingly I brought the same item from Kashmiri Gate for Rs 800/- for which these people charged me Rs 1400/- plus. There is no way to contact these people except through whatsapp wherein they hardly respond. Seems to me a fraud company fleecing people. Please avoid them. Seriously contemplating approaching consumer forum.

Ordered Nano part on 25th July. No tracking and phone switched off. No refund. It's a Total fraud company. Police action will be initiated to investigate this company's activities.

I have ordered a part 10 days no tracking no response I have paid for the item know to cancel the order I have been calling no body picks the phone my 1st and last buying I never recommend anyone
