Outstanding
Friendly, knowledgable, and bullish enough (which I needed!) to get the job done when the lender was trying to make life more than difficult! No way I would have been able to get my mortgage through myself! Tom is an absolute wizz, 5 starts not enough!

Start to finish, Thomas has been amazing. From advice on different mortgage options, affordability, rates, insurance for life, buildings & Contents. You covered it all, and so proactive with questions… and we had A LOT.
Honestly couldn’t recommend Tom and Partners Financial Services enough. From the point of the application submission, to official lender mortgage offer, took only 1 week… 1 week!

Fantastic service
Tom has been excellent; an incredible help from start to finish with the mortgage process. He is friendly, professional, and was consistently very quick to respond and gave me very clear and helpful advice throughout the process. He was incredibly efficient in sorting a mortgage deal to suit my needs and communicated things very clearly with me. Absolutely brilliant!
Thomas Brown was recommended to me by a colleague who has used Tom’s service on numerous occasions over the years. As a first time buyer, Tom took the time to understand my situation and provided invaluable feedback and info on my initial call with him. He was very patient with me when I was asking silly first-time buyer questions and he made it clear that there was no obligation at all to use his service.
I got in touch with Tom again once I had found the property I wanted and he was so efficient to come back with all the essential info. Once I submitted all the required documents for Tom to lodge my mortgage application, my mortgage offer was issued within a week!
Speaking from my experience, Tom is a great listener and the info he provides is always helpful. He is organised, efficient and very responsive. Tom made what would have been a stressful process so smooth and so easy for me. I’d totally recommend Tom and his service to anyone who’s looking for a mortgage broker!
