Amazed at the level of service and support we receive! Prior to finding Neil Follett, we had struggled with motor trade insurance as the companies we had dealt with had been frustrating to say the very least. Then we found Neil...he knows the motor trade and understands the industry which is paramount to us. He knows what we need and what our options are. We literally sleep better at night knowing we have done everything we can to protect our staff, customers, property and business - and that is purely thanks to the confidence we have in Neil. My brokers Versatile Insurance claim to have joined this group. My smallholder Insurance is due for renewal soonest, The reminder came via email, on checking the Bank details did not match the the account, i challenged the adviser and he corrected the details but again these did not tally. Unsure that these guys are for real. Be wary of them. Website is professional but service is questionable
