Zeer goede ervaring met Parkos.
Ik had per ongeluk een verkeerde datum geboekt voor mijn parkeerreservering. Na contact op te nemen met de klantenservice werd ik snel en vriendelijk geholpen.
Lisa heeft mij uitstekend geholpen en heeft direct contact opgenomen met de parkeeraanbieder. Mijn reservering werd zonder problemen aangepast.
Ik ben erg tevreden over de service en de snelle oplossing. Zeker een aanrader!

They crashed my car and left it with…

They crashed my car and left it with 2000 euro in damage and they won't help and they disappear. To give you phone numbers and email addresses that don't work and tell you to claim your own insurance company when they stole your car! They are complicit with criminal organizinations.

Excellent service

This is the first time I have ever used airport car parking. The service I got was superb excellent customer service and the staff were fantastic. Communication was excellent and immediate, I was sent a photo of my car in the secure parking and it was delivered back to me in excellent condition and clean. Absolutely 100% would recommend using Dimi Car parking. I will definitely be using then again. Thank you so much 💕

Charleroi
Charged 5€/person for shuttle. That was not clear with the booking price. After you book, they write that in the instructions.
Also call the guy as soon as you land (they say call when you’re outside)… because he was sleeping when I called and we waited outside for 30min.

Hamburg Airport

We booked a parking spot close to Hamburg Airport. Drove right away to the parking house, where we were told that there was no spots available at all (and for some time it had been so); since it was closed due to water dammage.
So when we bought (or booked) the reservation they knew they did not have the product available and sold it to us anyhow.
When we wrote a complain right away after calling them to try to cancel the reservation - Parkos never answered the email.
Calling them later resulted in a pretend-we-are-going-to-check-it-out session, where we some time in the future could get a small discount.
I question the companys moral foundation and will never reserve with them again - anywhere in the world.

Ho lasciato la mia auto al GP Parking Milano tramite Parkos per 15 giorni. Al mio ritorno, ho trovato il paraurti danneggiato. Ho segnalato immediatamente l'accaduto alla reception: hanno scattato foto e mi hanno detto che avrebbero controllato le telecamere il lunedì, ma da allora nessuna risposta.
Ho chiamato più volte, ma riattaccano il telefono. Nessun supporto, nessuna comunicazione.
❌ Servizio poco professionale, non affidabile.
⚠️ Sconsiglio fortemente questo parcheggio.

Valet Horror Story: 127 km Driven, Trash Left, Child Seat Mishandled

We had a terrible experience with a valet service we booked through Parkos at Barcelona Airport. Although the reservation was made via Parkos, the actual service was handled by Car and Fly Garage.

When we dropped off our car, the odometer read 134,686 km. When we picked it up, it had jumped to 134,813 km — meaning our vehicle was driven 127 km without our permission, which is completely unacceptable.

To make things worse, we found trash left in the passenger side door, including two empty ice cream containers. The child seat had been removed and reinstalled incorrectly, putting our child’s safety at risk. They used our car without authorization and didn’t even bother to return it clean or properly reassembled.

What’s even more frustrating is that Parkos completely washed their hands of the issue, telling us to contact Car and Fly Garage directly. Car and Fly never responded to our complaint.

I feel completely violated, and I strongly believe NO ONE should ever use this company’s valet service — whether booked through Parkos or directly with Car and Fly Garage.

We have dated photo evidence to support all of this and will escalate to the authorities if necessary. This kind of treatment is inexcusable.

BEWARE PARKOS ARE SCAMMERS!!!

I want to warn everyone about the fraudulent practices of the company Parkos. I ordered a parking space through them, which I paid for, and upon arrival I was not provided with parking and my money was not refunded. DO NOT PAY THEM IN ADVANCE!!! BEWARE PARKOS ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Title: Disappointed – honest mistake, no flexibility

Review:

I accidentally booked a parking spot in the wrong country via eu.parkos.com, less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival. As soon as I realized the mistake, I immediately contacted Parkos and explained the situation.

Unfortunately, they refused to offer a refund, citing their 24-hour cancellation policy — even though the booking was never used and the error was clearly unintentional.

I understand that companies have policies, but I was hoping for some flexibility, especially since I reached out right away and no service was actually provided. It’s disappointing when genuine human mistakes are met with such strict responses.

I hope Parkos will reconsider how they handle cases like this. Sadly, this was my first experience with them, and it left a very negative impression.

Valet parking Charleroi is no valet parking

The valet drop of and pick up at the Charleroi airport is not at the departure or arrival area, however it is at parking area p2. In addition it took 45 minutes after the agreed timing that the car was available. On arrival only French speakers were available. I was with a 84 year old person, and booked valet parking to avoid walking, however he had to walk to p2. When complaining to parks they were just asking what I want to receive from them. I kept asking that they should change the misleading info on the website, however this was not done.

Great price for parking

Great price for parking. Easy to get to. The drivers are a little erratic with their driving and getting to the shuttle after returning is a little time-consuming as it requires you to get a shuttle to the Air train and then the Air train to parking lot P4 to get the shuttle to the hotel. I’m not sure why the shuttle doesn’t pick up at the terminal like it does to drop off.

No Refund

Airline canceled our flight so we were not able to use the parking services. Your customer service was notified and refused to refund our prepaid money. Will never use your services again and will encourage others not to use them either!!!!!

VERY BAD Pick up time @airport

Pick up time @airport, very bad. I always phone directly upon arrival at airport (when network becomes available) and walk immediately to P2, If I fly to CRL airport in BE. I phoned on 07/01 @ 21:33, the message was we will be there in 25 minutes. They arrived, but no place in the bus for me. Very strange because when I arrived at P2 the other passengers which could enter the bus , were not there yet. Did they phone before me ? I think they apply a system of when you declared would arrive, which is in my humble opinion not correct. What do you do with mistakes, delays etc.... So finally I was picked up @ 22:54, 1hour and 20 minutes later than my first phone call. I will never use this service again, should have used the P4 walking distance parking operated by the airport. It's a 20min walk but at least you know up front. Parkos the service platform, from where I chose my service provider Travel Park, they send me a review link, but magically I can not open it to put my review remarks.
