I am happy with their service and they picked me up from airport on time. My car was perfect condition.

Under new management the boys were amazing I come from London and I parked my car for 7 nights. Price was very cheap would recommend to everyone

Really good experience with Parking World Ltd. Everything was straightforward from booking to drop-off. They guided me properly on where to go, and the whole process was smooth.

The parking felt secure, and I didn’t have to worry about my car at all while I was away. On return, everything was quick and hassle-free, which honestly makes a big difference after a long trip.

Customer service was also very helpful and responsive whenever I had a question.

Overall, reliable service at a fair price. I’d definitely use them again.

Parked with parking world for 2 weeks. Start to finish it was a smooth experience. Didn't face any issues. Was the cheapest around so took a risk considering reviews but I don't see the fuss.

I booked through comparetheairportparking.com as there were decent reviews on that site .
I phoned as instructed when 30 minutes from Manchester Airport,no answer. I rang 7 more times and left messages. No answer, no calls returned. On arrival at the industrial park, the address I was given for unit 2A did not exist. No office ,no staff, no signage,nothing . I asked the owner of unit 1 for help, he just rolled his eyes and told me this happens all the time,the company are completely fraudulent.
I have complained and asked for a refund from compareairportparking.com and I am awaiting their response.

If you value your sanity, your wallet, or your sense of smell, steer clear of this company like it’s radioactive.

From the second we arrived, it was a horror show. The “office” looks like it hasn’t seen a mop since the 90s — grime everywhere, air thick with the stench of sweat from a group of men who appeared allergic to soap. You could taste the smell.

We paid in advance, but that wasn’t enough. They still demanded more money for “short stay parking” because apparently driving us in their own van counts as our expense. Then came the upcharge for an “extra passenger” — my own daughter, who wasn’t even with us at the time.

The van? An ancient, filthy silver rust bucket with seats so grimy they could probably be declared a biohazard. It rattled like a coffin on wheels, and I’m not entirely sure it was road legal. The driver — surly, rude, and smelling like he’d been marinated in sweat — forced us to roll the windows down just to breathe.

When we reached Terminal 1, he dumped us before the short stay, told us to walk, and drove off. This is what I apparently “paid for.”

On our return, the driver got irritated on the phone because he had to actually pick us up at short stay. Our baggage was delayed, so my husband went with him to get the car — only for us to be charged AGAIN for my daughter’s return, even though she wasn’t with him.

And then — the pièce de résistance — our car came back with fresh scratches. Their response? “We’re sure it was like that when you arrived.” Sure. Right.

Even their own staff member admitted he’d only been there two weeks and already knew the place was a disaster.

💀 FINAL VERDICT: This isn’t just bad service. It’s a scam wrapped in filth, served with a side of insult. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Echoing the other reviews on here please in no way potentially ruin your holiday or your car by using this shameful excuse of a parking service.
Having been stuck in traffic due to an accident on the way to Manchester we were running a bit late and needed to just drop our car quickly and get to the airport. We rang them 30 mins before arrival as requested and there was no answer. We arrived at the given postcode and there was no visible sign for a car park, so we had to drive around an industrial estate getting stressed about the time until we eventually found a sort of third world yard and portacabin with no staff and a family who said they had been waiting an hour to get their car back. We eventually got through to someone who said they would be there in 5 minutes. Multiple 5 minutes went by. We rang this guy about 4 or 5 times and every time he said he would be 5 mins. We probably waited the best part of half an hour before he and a colleague turned up. We explained that we were in danger of missing our flight if we didn't leave soon, upon which the two staff members started arguing amongst themselves about who would drive us there. Eventually one agreed but there was more time to waste in their hellish office (rubbish everywhere) as he nonchalantly took our details and messed about with a bank transfer for ages. We then left for the airport in a ramshackle people carrier thing with no working seat belts in the rear and a bottle of curdling milk behind the driving seat. I THEN HAD TO GIVE HIM DIRECTIONS TO THE AIRPORT. HE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO GET TO THE AIRPORT ..... ITS AN AIRPORT PARKING SERVICE!!! we made our flight but it was extremely stressful. On our way back we had to wait over an hour to be picked up and we were worried what state our car might be in. Luckily it seemed ok but it was just parked on the street in a busy industrial estate ... Not secure by any means. Never use this "company" they are terrible.

Absolutely awful company...AVOID at all costs. I will also be reporting them to trading standards. Every single review on here is correct and this company is the pits!!! I was actually relived to get my car back in one piece, however 30 miles of petrol was gone.

Turned up to a dirty old shack on day of holiday and I was running late so already a bit stressed. Told me I had to get an uber as minibus had broke down, handed my keys over reluctantly and ordered uber at a cost of £12. Tried to forget about it as was going away.

Last few days of holiday I started to get a bit stressed out thinking about my car as if was such an unprofessional set up. Landed in Manchester at 2am rang the number told me the driver won't be back for 40 mins..I was angry but kept my cool as they had my car. I waited 40 mins rang the number and straight to answer phone at which point I started to panic and I am also going to add that I am a lone female traveller. I waited and waited in hindsight I should have just got another uber, I was about to call the police when a clapped out van turned up. Got in and on leaving car park rude driver said my card isn't working you will have to pay. I was so desperate to get back to my car I got my card out he snatched it and asked me for my pin... not a chance got out grabbed my card and tapped it at a cost of £6.40.

Turned up to old shack and luckily I saw my car I literally grabbed my keys and drove the 45 mins home.

2am I landed and I didn't get to my car until 4.30am arriving home at 5.15am. NEVER NEVER AGAIN....PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!
