Unreliable Shuttle Service and Poor Customer Support
I recently booked airport parking in Düsseldorf through Parkingfirst.de, but unfortunately, the shuttle service never arrived. After waiting for 64 minutes, we had no choice but to drive directly to the airport and park there ourselves to avoid missing our flight. When I raised the issue with the facility, they initially denied that the shuttle failed to show up. However, I have concrete evidence—including voice recordings, text messages from them stating "we will be there" and "we will send you a new location," as well as screenshots of my unanswered calls over that 64-minute period. Since I shared this proof with them, they have completely stopped responding. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend booking with them.
