It was so convenient that it was a flat rate. We didn’t have to rush to get back. The hours of the garage are so great and convenient to be out late. The workers were very helpful and nice. Definitely recommend parking here. My car was safe!

$20 to park for 2 hrs and the parking lot is empty... ridiculous

App let me pay for 24 hour parking and lot attendant told me if I don't leave ill be locked inside garage. Waiting for a refund

Parked in the last floor and there was no access to the elevator

It was the worst parking garage I've ever had to pay at. Extremely expensive and inconvenient I've been to st pete many times and never had to deal with this much inconvenience

Heavy fees. Elevator was locked. No signage posted for price. Should be illegal not to have the price posted. Wish I could get a refund because we almost got hit 3 times walking down the ramps because there's no signage and the elevator was locked. No attendant. Security was no where.

Absolute scam. No posted price until I was parked. Wanted to charge double to extend my parking a few extra minutes and couldn’t even process the extension. Terrible system.

The signage was unclear on wear pedestrians were supposed to go to get out of the garage. The price was absolutely outrageous! At the end of the night, the door where we left out of the garage was locked so we were VERY unclear of how to get back in and up.

I wish there was less than one star. We returned to parking garage at 8:00 pm on a Saturday. Just there for 2 hours. The door to elevator was locked. Walked to another door to the right and it was locked with a sign stating there was a stairwell inside. No where was it posted that we could only ride down and not back up. NOT ADA COMPLIANT. My husband has a bad knee and was forced to walk up the stairs. When we were exiting, the exit sign pointed to a corrugated door that was shut with a van parked in one lane. Did not look like it was open. Saw no sign saying it would open affirmatively. My husband got out of the car to move cones so we could exit this unorganized place and the security guard, who was in his car in his phone and not in the security office, began yelling. At one point all us were yelling because the guard tells my husband to hit him since they were on camera. Flipped his badge out like he was really something. Told us we paid to park, not use the elevator. It was expensive, not ADA compliant and had a horrible security guard. There’s another parking garage across the street. Never had issues there. Avoid this garage! Someone should sue them for not making it accessible to physically impaired.

The attendant was welcoming and explained clearly. Spaces were easy to find.

It was fine and convenient

parking lot was decent and pretty cheap except if you have to extend the time. they charge full price no matter how small of an amount of time you extend. don’t offer to extend and act like it’s easy when you’re going to charge me double to extend lol.
