I had a service appointment for today that had to be rescheduled for the end of April...the guy that I talked to was so positive and had such a good outlook for your company....I rescheduled and said I hope the day gets better...he responded "there are no bad days , just bad moments " how true is that. He made my day. Dont know his name, but u have Gem with him, working for ur company. Thanks, judy

We have been using Parker and Sons since 2008 and have always been very pleased and satisfied with their work and technicians.

Pretty awful. Had these guys come out to fix a broken duct. The coupler came loose and it needed to be taped back together. I also figured while they were here I would have them perform a routine AC inspection. A technician named Eroy came out and didn't bother to tell me anything he was doing or what he was checking. He marked that he checked the filters, which he definitely hadn't. That's the absolute basics and he lied about it. Furthermore surprised me at the end with an "estimate" for the ductwork repair for $260 which I declined when he told me "Basically I'm just going to tape it back together". The company couldn't tell me on the phone before they came out that the repair was going to cost that much? Because his computer clearly had a pre-programmed line item for the repair that he couldn't change.

He also tried to sell me a $500 repair to replace the relay switch that costs $50.

Lastly, this guy was supposed to "have experience with Solar systems". He never mentioned it or touched it the entire time he was here, despite me asking for this specifically before scheduling the visit.

Con artists. Avoid this company. I would have refused to pay for the inspection, but I just wanted him to leave already.

We had a plumbing emergency. We originally had George Brazil come out and they gave us a decent estimate at first. They started digging and then things just went downhill from there. Anyhow, we were desperate. Had been without plumbing for days already. Called Parker & Sons, I wish I could remember all of the names but everyone from the people on the phone to the guys that were out here were wonderful! The job got done as quickly as they could because it was a big big job. They explained every single thing they did. Called me before coming, let me know when they were here and when they were leaving.

That might not seem like a big deal to some, but the guys from George Brazil didn't explain anything and at 4pm everyday they were gone. Never said a word. Calling Parker & Sons was the best move I ever made. Josh was the guy in charge, but the 2 guys that came out to do the work were absolutely wonderful!

Great service. Mike Salerno, the plumber, is trustworthy and competent. Thorough inspection, detailed explanations, reasonable cost comparisons... all in all a job WELL DONE!!!

I had plumbing service on Sunday Aug 1 2020.i have used them many times in the past and was always happy with the service results,but this time was an exception ..the Technician Daniel Voica was the best plumber i ever had..courteous..knowledgeable and a complete professional..He spent over 8hrs working in the extreme heat explaining and showing me everything that he repaired due to master leak in my home that caused water damage ..a total asset to have on your staff ..If needed i will surely ask for him again ..the best Plumber ever!!!,,,thank you again...ps...the follow up email you sent of bill including pictures and also video depicting were water from broken pipe was coming from....helped my insurance company too....sincerely Ben Filippelli

Worst company ever!!!! Had 2 faucets leaking. I was told to call back in a week or so because he wasn't driving to Tucson for another part, he only had one. Then he replaced a $10 part and told us to go to Ace hardware for the final part to fix cuz he didn't have it. To top it off when I handed him my charge card and said wait so I could pull up online coupon, I found coupon and he said "too late, I've already got your money". Phone calls to management were not returned. Way to screw senior citizens.

Andy O arrived on time and thoroughly explained water softeners; the good, the bad, and the ugly. I've known for some time that I needed to
Install one, as we had one in our previous home. They will install the new softener this afternoon! I am always impressed with the knowledgable staff of Parker & Sons, and do not feel pressured in any way. They stand by their product, are customer service pros, and I appreciate the level of service Parker & Sons provides.

They were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
