Crooks live among us

They think what they're doing is legal. And it is, but that doesn't make it right.

You can't barely the new signage as prior to this we were able to park in Slough Aldi car park for a few hours and return if we needed to. Recently they've added this conniving legal requirement, of no return within 2 hours. It's horrible.

I went to Aldi, forgot my wallet. Had to return as I was going abroad and leaving the kids with their grandparents. So under duress and stress I didn't see the signage and returned within 10 minutes to buy my goods as I couldn't let me kids starve and was getting late for my flight.

A week later what do I see? This lovely notice in my post. £100!

Honest to God there are a lot of evil people today operating within legal boundaries. Just because it's legal, doesn't make it right. And because it's not right, these people will really need to answer to god when they die. Rotten to the core.

Coward and such a shameful company, i am heart and diabetes patients and stop by the shop to get something to eat,and these rats came and took pictures of my car without giving any warning, i hope i could get a chance to stick this tickets in there ass,government should stop these basterd for robing general public especially in this hard time "cost of living "

I hope I could have an option for zero or even minus but can’t help have to give them one which they don’t even deserve for their behaviour Very rude staff .Got parking fine for doing shopping in shopping centre Farnham road Slough when called them to enquire they Don’t even want to listen what’s the matters. They just say you appeal on our website when appeal and provided all the proofs of shopping bills they still say u have to pay . Don’t understand what’s the point of appealing when you have all the proof to show and they reject your appeal by saying u have came back to shop again before 2 hour period . When I asked why can’t we enter shopping mall (Farnham road) again they say u should look the signs . I genuinely send them invoices of both the shopping in and out entry but they say u will still have to pay . Horrible company just want to rob people hard money when all the middle class people are struggling to pay their bills .and their staff don’t even know how to talk . I have attached the invoices here which prove that I have done shopping

This company has taken over the management of our site and have been doing it for only 1 month. The previous company was terrible. There has been a car which has been abandoned for 1 year here in our car park and park direct have already sorted this out and got it removed. We are all so happy with them so far. we would recommend them! Also the customer service team are very helpful

My brother is a person with disability- A third party was driving his vehicle and received a private parking ticket.

A transfer of liability was timely made on their portal and the drivers full name and address provided. Park Direct demanded proof of insurance & copy of keepers drivers licence which we were advised was illegal and not required GDPR- just the name and address of the driver is required by law which was provided. Park Direct labelled the transfer of liability as a so called appeal & refused to cancel the ticket & transfer liability with no appeal rights for the driver. Instead, they are now in breach of the code and practices and the laws. PARK DIRECT employees have caused extreme distress and alarm to a disabled person and failing to follow the law but using bullying and harassing tactics..

I am disgusted about this company!We live in farnham GU9,I've been paying for over a year resident permit ,in the last few weeks some drivers have been parked in my bay and other residents bay and nothing has been done!We had an argument with one of the drivers who kept doing it,conclusion this driver did threatened us etc,contacted ParkDirect to resolve the situation!after one hour finally the traffic warden arrived for everyone surprise he did walk away without issued a ticked..

I am not happy at all!! applying for a car permit and I have been denied three times! nothing has changed only my car insurance but still being declined even though it says they will accept my tenancy agreement as proof why say it if its a lie, and then they respond after 7pm on a Friday when they know the office is closed I applied at the beginning of the week it says they will respond in one working day another lie.

Just had a letter through the post with my car parked next to a sign with £100 parking notice one without a ticket and one picture with but when I got back to my car there was no ticket on?don’t you think I would have rather paid the discount rate than £100 or even going to court. I believe they removed the ticket so I didn’t see I had one and have to pay them more. I EVEN HAD A PERMIT ON SHOW TO PARK THERE FOR THE WORK I DO. ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS.

Money making scheme! They’re not there to help or understand anything, they’re purely there to make money from you regardless of you following the terms or not. Absolutely disgusting.

Parking attendant 007 issued me PCN even though I had my permit disc on my windscreen. I had to appeal to IAS and it got settled. Trust me they are NOT there to do their job, they are there to find any excuses to make money out of it. It is not the first time it happened, please ask around in our neighbourhood and find out how upset they are. I have been issued PCN twice and not for the right reason. I would accept PCN if I forgot to display my permit or broke any rules and regulation but their reason are not fair and hard to digest it. They are there for making money, not to do the job that they have been hired to do.

I was issued PCN even with my permit displayed, it can be clearly seen in their evidence picture. I do not know why any company want to do business with them. They are not there to do the job, they are there to just make money somehow. Why should anyone be the victim of their money making scheme?

Sabina from Park Direct has restored my faith in this company.I was unfortunate to receive a penalty notice as a result of the just park app not talking to Park Direct.She was able to resolve it in an efficient and courteous way.Five stars to this wonderful person,I hope your company realises what an asset you are to their organisation.

Vile, oily looking dirtbags - only show up when no one is looking, cowards. No one on hand to help with an issue regarding EV hookup but on hand to issue a PCN after midnight safe from anyone challenging them. Sub human scum

I paid for a parking session, but the time shown on PCN is same as the beginning time of the paid session. PD refused my appeal saying that the effective payment was later than the session time. In fact the timing difference was only one minute.

Absolutely ridiculous! Parking ticket given whilst permit was on display in the car. I appealed the PCN and they have declined my appeal, sending photos of the car from every angle apart from one which would have shown the permit on display!

Park Direct are devious and deceitful and do not follow the law.
They will not communicate and then pass the fine to Debt Recovery, both companies do not act lawfully.
When you complete an on line web appeal form with driver details and Park Direct ignore the information as can't be bothered to write to a serviceable address.
I will go to court as they are bullies, committing fraud and acting unlawfully. I wish you could not give any stars.
It was a parking ticket not a penalty charge notice and the governing bodies they all shirk away from these sharks.

I was unloading tools and carrying them up 3 flights of stairs to complete some repairs in a flat, these absolute scumbags gave me an INVOICE not fine for doing this.
I hope they dont need to keep replacing signages because someone is constantly spray painting them.
I just couldnt be bothered appealing with these vile people
