I have ordered a t-shirt from them and it never arrived I’ve sent sent them countless emails asking them to look into it the last one being 11/05/24 and still no answer and also I need to send a cycling top back as it far too small and yet again I’ve emailed them about this and still no answer, I try to order from independent companies to help them and this is the thanks I get terrible customer service I won’t be buying from them again

Given that small companies can’t compete on price, you would expect them to focus on customer service. Not Paria CC - no response to emails, still waiting after 5 working days for the order to be sent. Will now try to cancel via Paypal and won’t be ordering from them again.
My experience
Ordered a couple of items from them. Never had a problem with quality or delivery. They are clear that as a small company their response times, especially during national holidays, is limited. Never had to return anything but returns policy is a little convoluted.
Shockingly bad customer service.
As much as I love the majority of their range - owning around 15 items, I will no longer buy from Paria due to their shockingly bad customer service.

I've ordered gear from these guys a few times and never had a problem. T-shirts are really cool and good quality. Love my retro jersey as well, mega cool design and quality.
Sherpa Fleece - badly cut, cheaply made
I ordered the Sherpa Fleece but the sizing was way way off, took a while to get it sent back and instead of a refund they sent a smaller one which was still way way too big.
The fleece itself was made from cheap material and the cut was not meant for cycling.

Really hard to exchange a product
Really hard to exchange a product. You have to contact them to get a return form, they don’t respond so stuck with a product that doesn’t fit. No option to select a return online or a retried form with the item.

Terrible Returns & Customer Service
Terrible Returns & Customer Service - you'd think a simple return would be easy enough. No - over two months and they've still not returned my measly £16 for a product that was frankly terrible in quality. I wish I could forget about it but something didn't sit right with me from when I started the returns process, and low and behold that feeling was justified. They are a company that clearly stick all their money into social media to look like a professional, diligent and competent organisation, yet when you dig deeper there's about 4 or 5 people who are ordering cheap gear and selling it for cheap prices hoping no one will care. Stay away and block their adverts.

Poor service with returns
I ordered a few t shirts which were advertised as oversized but were intact extremely small. No major issue, just wanted an exchange if possible.
Returns process is not efficient at all. I first had to submit an application to return an item, which then took quite a few days to process and finally receive return details.
After posting back, and being able to track when it was received, I waited almost 3 weeks to receive any kind of correspondence after multiple emails. This was to confirm they had received...after many emails without reply I finally got a refund. All in all not a very good experience.
Poor Customer Service and Stock Management
Really liked the look of their jerseys, but out of two I ordered, one they told me actually wasn't in stock after I paid, and the remaining one that was sent out was totally different to what I ordered. It took days of back and forth to get a return label, and then randomly one month later they sent me the correct jersey assuming I still wanted it.
Now I've waited weeks to get a return label for the jersey and they still have my money. Customer service hardly ever replies to emails.

Very poor. I ordered a cycling shirt. It never arrived. After a bit of chasing I did manage to get my money back.

Still waiting for the order. They can not give a refund for some reason until the order has arrived. 3 MONTHS! and I keep waiting.
Customer support responds in 1 week, sometimes less. but sometimes doesn't respond at all. you have to send several emails.
UPD: I consider them SCUMMERS. DON'T DEAL FOR ANY REASON. They stole my 30£ and stopped responding to my emails.
UPD2: It has been 5 months of nothing. I contacted them again. It will be my 21st email or so.
UPD3: I finally, received my refund (without a shipping cost for some reason 🤷)

Extremely poor service from start to finish! Ordered 3 items from Paria and the sizing was terrible so wanted to return and refund. Process from ordering to getting a refund took 5 months and around 13 chaser emails and no real apology was ever given. I do not recommend!
Poor customer service and false promises
I purchased a sherpa jacket in the black Friday sales. I chased after a week to see when it will be dispatched. I was told it would be that day. 1 week later still nothing so chased again only to be told there was an issue with their stock and that they didn't have any so issued a refund. A few days later their website showed stock. Some one messaged and said they would look into it and come back to me......Still waiting.
Very very poor company zero customer service and empty promises.
