1 स्टार – बेहद खराब अनुभव
मेरे ₹9,999.54 और ₹5,000 के डिपॉज़िट आज तक क्रेडिट नहीं हुए। बैंक ने भुगतान सफल बताया, मैंने UTR, बैंक स्टेटमेंट और सभी सबूत कई बार दिए, लेकिन फिर भी मेरा पैसा नहीं मिला।
कई दिनों से सिर्फ़ एक ही जवाब मिलता रहा और मुझे बार-बार घुमाया गया। अपने ही पैसे के लिए लगातार ईमेल करना और इंतज़ार करना पड़ा। ग्राहक के समय और परेशानी की कोई कद्र नहीं दिखाई दी।
मेरे व्यक्तिगत अनुभव के आधार पर मैं किसी को भी इस प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर पैसे जमा करने की सलाह नहीं दूँगा। अगर कोई समस्या हो जाए, तो आपको लंबे समय तक सिर्फ़ इंतज़ार और जवाबों के बीच घुमाया जा सकता है।
⭐ 1 Star – Very Bad Experience
My experience with this platform has been extremely disappointing. Two of my deposits (₹9,999.54 and ₹5,000) were successfully debited from my bank account but have still not been credited to my account.
I provided my bank statement, UTR number, payment receipt, and every document they requested. Despite this, I have only received repeated replies and have been kept waiting for days without any resolution.
Instead of solving the issue, I feel like I have been constantly sent in circles while my money remains stuck.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone. Be very careful before depositing your money. If something goes wrong, you may end up waiting for a long time without a proper solution.
