irresponsible online shop
I have placed my order on 26, Nov. ( Bestellnummer: 27244) until today (12,Dec.) I have no NEWS about where my package is.
I have written to the shop back and forth for more than "10 emails", and they just told me they have hanged over the package to Hermes on 18, Nov., but Hermes has some problems and they are waiting for the reply to know where the package is.
I asked: how long will it take for Hermes to give an answer?
CS said: don't know, please be PATIENT to WAIT!
Then I said: Can you please send me a new package instead of keeping me waiting?
CS said: Sorry, we cannot send a new package to you. Please just wait!
I said: in this case, I'd like to cancel my order because I don't want to wait endless.
CS said: ok, then you wait until we got our package BACK, and we'll cancel your order!
HELLO!!!!
Is this my problem now? Why should I pay on 16, Nov. and have received NOTHING, but now I NEED to wait for the package BACK to the shop?
The problem (it's like a mystery) is between the shop and their courier, why SHOULD a customer waiting for SOLVING the problem and get the REFUND?
Is it fair? What's the shop's business responsibility???
I will really NEVER order anything from this online shop.
