I ordered via Debenhams, because thats a name I stupidly trusted, however, the order was seemingly third party and fulfilled by this company, Paradiso Clothing.

I ordered a Bring Me The Horizon Sempiternal sweatshirt. The pictures showed a sweater with the print, full size across the front, stretching armpit to armpit, with the bands name also the width of the sweater at the bottom.
What I received was a thin, odd material sweater with a small, square sempiternal pattern in the middle and a tiny band logo on the bottom. It did not match the images in any way shape or form AND it was tiny, certainly not true to size.

Debenhams couldn't have been less interested, it was immediately returned for a refund.

Cleverly, you cannot review these items, not on Debenhams, not even on Paradiso themselves website, so until you receive your inferior, badly printed garment you have no idea.

I own a lot of band merchandise and none has been this bad, which leads me to wonder if this isn't quite what it pertains to be.

Either way, if you do order from this company, don't expect it to match the images used to sell the product.

Ordered from this company via their brand partner Debenhams. What I ordered was what I THOUGHT was a replacement of an official band T Shirt. The original T Shirt was a gift for my partner from his mother at Christmas from the original band store, which I unfortunately shrunk in the wash so bought him a replacement. I couldn’t find the shirt on the bands website, but I know it was their original merch as it had their logo in, so I found this company. It said official and looked the exact same in the images, so I had no problems ordering thinking they also stocked the official merch. I paid £23, waited over a week for it to arrive and what did I get? A cheap £3 Gildan T Shirt with a print ironed onto it?!! For £23!!! Absolutely rubbish quality, the top feels like sandpaper, the print isn’t even straight for one and it came all creased! And to sell items using a bands name claiming official merchandise, surely that’s not legal? Avoid.

Order arrived very quickly. Satisfied with my purchase.
