I'm so disappointed in this purchase. The Notebook came damaged, even if it wasn't damaged the quality is not good. I've seen cheaper notebooks that are better quality. I reached out to customer service, they took a while to get back to me, they offered to send me a new notebook, which I appreciate, but it hasn't arrived and I don't have much faith that it will be in good condition. All of the products on the website look so beautiful...I wish I wasn't disappointed but because of this experience I will not be ordering products again.
