During my time using PaperGuide, my overall experience was highly disappointing. Despite subscribing to the annual plan with expectations of advanced research support for my doctoral thesis, I repeatedly faced persistent technical issues, such as frequent application errors and system crashes. The search results were mostly random and often unrelated to my academic focus, which prevented me from making any meaningful progress on my research.

Attempts to contact customer support were unsuccessful, with no effective solution or return provided. Due to these constant failures, the platform failed to deliver on its promise and did not meet the needs of researchers who depend on reliable and accurate academic tools.

Based on my experience, I am unable to recommend PaperGuide to other academics or professionals seeking serious research support. The lack of responsiveness and technical reliability restricted my ability to evolve in my doctoral work, making the service unusable for its intended purpose.

Great customer service and they're very quick to respond. I didn't even know I accidentally charged my card twice and without even making a ticket, they reached out to me letting me know my card was double charged and gave me a refund. Incredible.

For anyone who works at UNI or does some research, it's a good buy. I have tested other tools and honestly speaking it was either so expensive or I had problems with the team who developed it like Afforai (the founder is not trusted). These guys from Paperguide are spot on. They are always helpful, the tool works perfectly well etc. I have nothing to say than very happy with it.
