I made my order over a week ago and it’s still not even been dispatched. It was two notebooks available in every paperchase store up and down the country so that’s not good enough. Then I’ve contacted you for an update and that’s been delayed too. I have ordered from you loads and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had

I still haven’t received my order or had any confirmation of its dispatch. No one has been in touch either. It’s been over a week now.

Full refund and apology submitted by return
I paid for several items from the website. The confirmation came through by email and payment was taken. However, when I received my order there was an item missing which was important to me. I waited a couple of days to see if would arrive. When it did not I contacted Customer Services and asked for a refund, because he item was for Valentines Day, which was long gone by this time. I received a full refund and an apology by email with an explanation. I will continue to use Paperchase as this matter was sorted out quickly .
