Gorgeous swimsuit, but the presentation doesn’t match the price
I was really looking forward to receiving my Paolita swimsuit, as it is a beautiful and relatively high-priced piece.
Unfortunately, my experience was a little disappointing. Firstly, the delivery took considerably longer than expected, which was frustrating, especially given the price point. Secondly, I was surprised by the packaging. For a luxury brand at this price range, I expected a more premium presentation. The packaging felt quite inexpensive, and the swimsuit did not come with a protective pouch/case, which I would have expected for both storage and protection of such a delicate and expensive item.
The swimsuit itself is beautiful, but I feel that the overall purchasing experience and presentation should better reflect the quality and price of the brand.
I hope this feedback is helpful, as I genuinely believe that improving these details would make the experience feel much more luxurious and consistent with the Paolita brand.

Following Brexit, managing stock across our UK and EU fulfillment centers can occasionally lead to unexpected transit delays when items cross borders. A disappointing purchase
It was a disappointing purchase. The online photo of the dress showed the pattern matching on either side of the dress. What I received was not that elegantly made. I did complain and they explained that each item is made by a team and not a machine. They also offered me a discount. However, I have not purchased a number of other items since this experience as I cannot have faith that it will look like the catalogue picture. The fabric quality and cut were both good, so it’s such a shame.
