RUBBISH SERVICE, STOLE MY MONEY!
So, I ordered a pair of sports shoes from their website as it wasn't available in store.
I ordered them on the 9th Nov, they arrived on the 14th Nov BUT they were too small and so I initiated the return procedure on the 14th Nov. Apparently they take 3-5 working days to arrange the collection.
After 6 days I contacted them on the 20th Nov via their app.
I did not speak to a person but typed my issue with them through the app. I explained that I wanted the shoes collected as they were not a good fit for me, I was informed that my PIN code area was not serviced and so a collection could not be made. I said BUT you were able to take my money and deliver them but now I was outside of your service area????
The person I had contact with said this was the case, they suggested I post the shoes back to them myself and that they would pay for RS200 for the postage costs.
I wasn't happy but I tried to do this, I went to my local post office, they searched for the address but could not find the post office that is the return address.
I then decided that I would keep the shoes and donate them to charity.
BUT BE ASSURED THAT I WILL NEVER BUY FRFOM YOUR WEBSITE OR STORES AGAIN!!!
Then when the contact person asked for a score regarding my experience, and I gave them a score of 1, they asked why???? Because you didn't resolve my issue to MY satisfaction!!!
In my honest opinion, I've had better service from Blinkit and Myntra, both of them have resolved any issue or return of goods to my satisfaction.
Your working processes are slow or non-communicative, you wait until the customer complains, you see the issue but you do nothing about it, NOT GOOD!!
