Brilliant customer service from start…
Brilliant customer service from start to finish. The team were so helpful and friendly, and I’m really excited to try their products! I originally purchased a pair of their socks without realising there was a 3 for 2 offer. They kindly allowed me to place another order so I could receive the free pair. Really impressed with how accommodating they were.

These are great socks
These are great socks. I’ve been using Rohan everyday socks for years, but they eventually wore out and I wanted a sustainable replacement. These feel great, are the right length, not too long like some others I bought, and the fit it just right and they don’t bunch up or move around on my foot like some other socks do. Highly recommended. I bought a 3 pack in September, but just bought another 4 packs I like them so much!

Unfortunately the socks do not last
Unfortunately the socks do not last. Bought 9 pairs from Panda food and within 2 weeks 2 pairs had worn through and had holes. Emailed customer services 3 times, no reply since. In the last 2 weeks another 2 pairs have worn through. I would avoid if you want durability as well as comfort as they only offer 1 of the 2.

While our bamboo socks are famously chosen for their softness and comfort, they are usually very resilient. To have pairs wear through within two weeks is extremely unusual and not reflective of the quality standards we hold at Panda Food. This suggests there may have been a defect with the specific batch you received.
We are also very concerned to hear that your emails have gone unanswered. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. It is possible our responses may have been filtered into your junk/spam folder, but we want to rectify this immediately regardless of the cause.
Please could you contact us again via our website (referencing this review) or check your spam folder? We are eager to locate your order, investigate why our emails didn't reach you, and replace the faulty pairs for you right away.

Thoughtfully designed, not like other socks
These are really great quality socks, and really thoughtfully designed. I have the hiking socks for women, and the key difference I've found between these socks and other brands, is how structured the heel is. When you put your foot in, your heel 'pops' into place and the sock doesn't slip around. The quality of the fabric is really high too - I'll definitely be back for more.

Very environmentally friendly and soft and comfy.
Received socks as a gift attracted by ethical aspects. They are very soft and comfy but I am disappointed that they are not really unisex as the size 4-8 are more like a man's size. I am a woman's size 7 and they are slack on me.

FANTASTIC service and quality product
FANTASTIC . Please read all of this . I previously put on a poor review as I had not received my ordered items and wanted to warn others . THIS WAS NO fault of Panda it was the AMAZON delivery. Once I was able to speak with Curtis founder of Panda he dealt with the issue immediately and had a replacement send out by postal delivery. The socks are fantastic quality and I will certainly buy again . Supporting small buisness is important.

Soft socks!
I purchased a selection of hiking socks for me and my daughter and they are fabulous - soft and with just enough cushioning but no bulkiness. I also purchased some athletic style socks for my daughter which she also loves as they are soft and stylish. Overall we are converts to Pandafood!!!

Excellent socks and excellent service. I bought a pack of three Ribbed Bamboo Dress socks. Delivery was quick and the socks are comfortable. A minor problem developed in one of them. I reported this to Panda Food, who immediately agreed to send a further pack of three at no charge. I will certainly be buying more from them.

Efficient package and posting. But mostly impressed with the moisture wicking socks - great quality, good colours and wash ok do far. Also appreciate the length - well over ankle bone but not too far up leg!
