Please do NOT order from this company. It is scamming people out of their money. I placed an order on April 13th. The website stated Georgia orders ship within 2 days. The order never shipped. I contacted the merchant on April 17th to request tracking. Tracking was NOT provided, yet the merchant insisted it was shipped and in transit. I immediately requested tracking again. The merchant ignored the second request. I contacted the merchant on April 18th to notify them that I was filing a fraud dispute with my bank. The merchant immediately responded stating that they would cancel the order and issue a full refund, while making excuses for not providing me with a tracking number all of which I knew was an attempt to gaslight. The merchant emailed me on April 18th stating the order had been cancelled and my credit card was fully refunded. As of April 23rd, I have NOT received a refund so I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute to get my money back. Stay far away from this company. This company is a scam and thief!!!

The order arrived late by 2 weeks. It was placed on February 23 and was not received until March 10. I was told that the arrangement would be upgraded from a Petite to a Classic to make up for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, what I received still does not match what I originally ordered, nor does it reflect the Classic upgrade that was promised. I originally purchased the 24K Gold & Red Roses - Petite, which, according to the product description, should include 12 premium Ecuadorian Timeless Luxury roses with 1 red rose in the center surrounded by gold roses. However, what I received was an arrangement of 10 roses consisting of 2 gold roses surrounded by 8 red roses. In addition, I specifically requested a white box, but the order arrived in a black box instead. I was also told that the arrangement had been upgraded to a Classic, but that does not appear to be accurate.

This company is a SCAM. Do not order. Check the BBB reviews too. They do not ship orders and their support will make constant excuses such as that it is in transit but won't provide any tracking information. Do not make the same mistake I did. Their physical location does not exist either.
