I received my orders and after i opened…
I received my orders and after i opened my package most of the pieces of the furnitures where damaged (i had already prepaid my order) and the terms of the company says they have no responsibility of broken items and no refund from them to the clients.Bad quality items, shouldn't have these prices for What they offer as company.
Upadate:9/2/23 The company contact me and agreed to refund my money for the damaged furniture.I am pleased my problem had a solution and i give credits to all the company for the understanding

Αργή εξυπηρέτηση
Καθυστέρηση παραλαβής δέματος. Έτυχε ένα από τα κομμάτια του προϊόντος να ήταν σπασμένο. Ηρθα άμεσα σε επικοινωνία με την εξυπηρέτηση για την διευθέτηση και την αντικατάσταση του προϊόντος. Η εξυπηρέτηση τηλεφωνικά/ηλεκτρονικά ήταν ικανοποιητική και ευγενεστατο το προσωπικό με το οποίο συνομίλησα! Η καθυστέρηση στην παραλαβή του ανταλλακτικου ήταν αρκετά μεγάλη πράγμα που ξεπερνούσε το χρονικό όριο που μου είχαν θέσει στις επικοινωνίες μας. Μόνο για την παραλαβή ανταλλακτικου με καθυστέρησαν 2,5 βδομάδες! Η διαχείριση της γραμμής εξυπηρέτησης άψογη. Κρίμα να χάνει ποντους από την καθυστερημένη ανταπόκριση της αποθήκης!!!

One of the chair's controls is not working, the chair does not perform massage (the opposite of what the description is about)
UPDATE:
I contacted the company, they were apologetic and they sent me a new piece of equipment that made the chair to work to its description. I appreciate the pristine costumer service and I oversee the initial misadventure.

Τhe furniture came battered. All the corners are damaged. Needs more careful packaging for sure!!! Nevertheless for their price they are fine.

Όλα καλά με τα προϊόντα, για τις τιμές τους. Ένα θέμα που προέκυψε λύθηκε γρήγορα. Αν πάρετε έπιπλα με συναρμολόγηση, καλό θα ήταν να έχετε κάποια εμπειρία. Οι οδηγίες, αν και υπάρχουν, σε κάποια σημεία δεν είναι πολύ ξεκάθαρες και είναι σύντομες.

My purchases came with damages
My purchases came with damages, there were no instructions in Greek and when I telephoned to protest there was no response although they assured me they "would call back". One star is too much, really!
