I love my cardi so much

I love my cardi so much. It’s so soft and comfy and yet maintains its shape. I wore it on a 12 hour plane journey with my stretchy jeans and t- shirt and it looked as fresh as it did when I left home. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very efficiently rectified issue

I placed my order on January 28 th....still waiting for my order ...now February 10 th and they are saying it is the delivery company..and that an investigation is underway ...that's a great help to me after spending 53 euros on a top and now have to waiting for an escalation of an ....investiigation...I will be going further into my rights on this situation. This is my first time having ordered online that an order has gone.missing.........

Up date...the top has arrived...thank you for following up so swiftly

It’s a wear on repeat wonder.

It’s just one of those jumpers you wear on repeat. Chic but comfortable and now I know that it washes well I’m about to order a second one. Highly recommended.

Love the dress. A little too big. But it might shrink when I wash it. Size is misleading.

Perfect dress for business meetings

The experience IS NOT GOOD, I placed my order almost a month ago and I still haven't received it!! From customer service they tell me that it is on its way but it has been almost a month and it has not arrived! expecting !!!

After checking, we can confirm that our warehouse shipped your order to Global E on December 18th, and it was delivered to the third party on December 19th.

Once your parcel reaches Global E, they will forward it to your destination. We sincerely apologise for the delay, but unfortunately, this part of the process is beyond our control.

We’ll reach out to the third party to open an investigation into the delay and will get back to you with an update as soon as possible.

Sizing makes no sense

The sizing on the two dresses I ordered was very inconsistent. They were both supposed to be a UK 12, but one of them fit like a size up and the other fit like a size down. The quality on the stitching was terrible and uneven, there was lots of frayed edges and loose threads. And the fabric looks cheap - the pictures make the fabric look a lot more structured and expensive than it is. Now I have to pay $32 to ship them back and get a refund, at least I'm glad I'm recouping most of my money.
