Impeccable quality and service
I ordered 3 paintings and they are so beautiful and the quality is met. I put the numbered reference guide by accident in the garbage and wrote to the customer service email. They replied to me very fast and sent me a pdf version. Thank you so much for your great approach!

Excellent customer service!
I found Paint On Numbers by doing a Google search for a Canadian company.
After uploading my custom picture, I realized I could not pay with my credit card as that the site was only accepting payment via PayPal. An email to William for quidance was answered within minutes and although it would take a few days for the site to be fixed, he started my order and hsd it shipped..before I had paid!
I received my order today and the quality of the canvas, paints and brushes are fantastic!
I look forward to beginning my painting soon and highly recommend Paint On Numbers!

I want to send out a huge thank you to…
I want to send out a huge thank you to Paint On Numbers CA for all their hard work and support throughout my order .
I had a bad experience with another paint by number company and was very hesitant in ordering from another company due to my bad experiences with the delivery companies some of the websites use , packages never arrive.
I sent an email out to Paint On Number CA asking what currier service they used , they didn’t use the one I was hoping for but assured me that they’d do everything in their power to make sure it arrived safely to my door .
True to their word they sent me previews before shipping them out to make sure I was happy with them , they emailed me updates on when it was shipped , where it was daily and when it would arrive at my door .
I have mental health issues and Paint by numbers help me in a lot of ways , especially with my anxiety.
I love my paint by numbers and am so glad I ordered from Paint On Numbers CA , I will continue to order from them in the future. I highly recommend this company. Thank you again Paint On Numbers CA

Hi Chantz, this made our day. Thank you for trusting us after a tough experience elsewhere.
We’re really glad the previews, shipping updates, and extra care around the courier helped rebuild that trust. Paint by numbers can be a calming little anchor, and it means a lot to know it supports your mental health and eases anxiety.
When you finish your piece, we’d love to see it. You can tag us on Instagram @paintonnumbers or send a photo here:

If you ever need anything, questions, replacements, or just guidance, reach out and I’ll jump on it.
With gratitude,
