Bad experience
Got a mixed paint that was meant to be grey but when painted was an off shade of white and a big difference to the colour I chose, brought it back and was told can’t refund or get a new tin.

Made amends after an issue
I am amending a negative 1 star to a 3 star review as Paintlab made efforts to resolve the issue I had with them after the fact, and I have since reordered through them.
I will leave a condensed version of my original issue below so other customers can have a headsup this may happen.
What originally happened was - I ordered and paid for a tin of paint via their website. 2 days later they rang and told me the paint (which was already €200) was going to cost extra than what the website retailed it at (a "mixing charge") and they asked for an extra €14 over the phone. I asked why their website was not set up to charge the correct price at point of sale and they said there were so many colours "it would be impossible" to list the correct price.
After this review I received a call from them and we worked it out. I prefer a company who can be accountable and make amends so thought it only fair to amend the review.
As far as I'm aware Paintlab are the only vendor of Tikkurila paint which is a very good quality paint which we favour so I probably will end up ordering from them again.

Niet kopen
Verf is mooi, maar volledig overrated. Waarom 5x meer betalen als je dezelfde kleur in een flexakwaliteit kan kopen? Ik raad dat zeker aan. Opsturen duurt lang, reclameren heeft geen zin want Vestingh vindt dat zij geen verantwoordelijkheid meer heeft als de verf de duur uit is. Daphne (manager?) is echt vervelend, arrogant, luistert niet en herhaalt maar haar eigen gelijk. Bah bah bah. Niet kopen! Als je betaald hebt laten ze je barsten!
