I ordered a bumper and two fenders. While it took about 4 weeks to ship, when they arrived the parts were great. The color was a perfect match and great fit. I was able to replace these parts myself which saved a lot of money compared to what the body shop was going to charge.

I ordered a prepainted fender that took approx. one month to deliver via USPS. Fender was shipped in bubble wrap and pieces of cardboard and was damaged. Tried contacting painted auto parts via email, phone and claim section on the web site without any response.

On 8/24/2023 I ordered a "GM TRUCKS & VANS HHR FRONT BUMPER GRILLE(MESH)(SS MDL)(2.0L TURBO) OEM#25809884 2008-2010 PL#GM1036132" because Painted Auto Body Parts website said the part was "In Stock". Today, 8/28/2023 I received the following information in an email from this company: "Thank you for your recent order #xxxxx with Auto Body Parts. Unfortunately, the part you ordered is out of stock and must be cancelled." I just did a parts-search on their website and it still shows that part is "In Stock". Also, the order # they provided in their cancellation email does not match the order # originally assigned. Given the other 1-star reviews on your website I wonder if they're phishing for information to sell to other companies. I'm going to watch for any indications that this might be the case.

Waited five weeks for a stupid bumper cover for my Altima. They use some lame freight service. The bumper is 10 miles from my house and I have to wait days to schedule my appointment. Run away. Just rattlecan it.

Ordered a bumper for my toyota. Painted over cracked (broken) bumper and mailed it to me. Box undamaged and bubble wrap intact. I filed complaint with credit card company and the response of this company was that I had not mailed back bumper to them and they deserved the money for part. They also said I accepted delivery and should have opened in front of shipping company removing bubble wrap and inspecting bumper completely (next time I will open all items before accepting delivery). They do SHODDY work. DO NOT ORDER from them. They offered to refund painting of bumper and then ignored my e-mails and calls going on 2 months now. It will cost more to fix than they offered. Beware of doing business with them!

I do not want to give this business and stars, this is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with. I work everyday in customer support & they should be closed down. I paid $700 for a painted bumper and still have not received it & no one responds through email and I am waiting on the phone at the moment on hold. They answer the phone say will you hold and do not come back on the line-they do not even give you time to speak. I will be going to the BBB about this company today.

If I could give them 0 i would,I ordered a hood painted we recieved it put it on.its warped they only responded once asking if i inspected it when it came. I wanted them to own up to the faulty hood.It was for my sons christmas.I wont be buying from them again,They wont call email or text me.Now i am stuck with a warped hood.smh

Painted Auto Body Parts did an excellent job for a very reasonable cost. They made sure I had the correct paint code. They sent me a replacement front bumper assembly that fit perfectly and the color matched perfectly. I could not be happier with their service.

Bought a painted bumper cover for my 2017 VW Passat. Part price and price of matched paint was great. Ordered to San Jose, CA and contacted the delivery company (TheCustomCo) and met the part in San Leandro, rather than risk package theft. Bumper cover quality is perfect and paint is probably 98%. That 2% difference could just be from my car staying in the sun for the last few years. Overall: Correct part and very good paint job. I’ve seen several bad reviews and I was hesitant to order but I’m glad I did. The quote to replace my bumper cover from an auto body shop was $3,000 and this with paint and shipping was about $600. Very painless experience and never had to reach out to customer service because I knew what I wanted to purchase and knew the color code for it. Please take the time to make sure you’re ordering the correct part and color BEFORE you purchase.

Sent me part painted wrong color and refused to correct their mistake

I placed an order ($300+) on a Friday, then soon after wanted to upgrade the order to a more premium part. Messages were answered, but in very short & curt manner - possibly to hide poor English skills of a foreigner? I asked to change the order, was told that I would have to cancel, and re-place. Next day, I asked for cancellation. They asked for my order number, which I provided. Then nothing more from them. From the start I just had a strange feeling about them.

That's when this site popped up in a search on their company name, and I realized they / he / she is a scammer. So thankful that two people took the time to put up a warning here! The debit card transaction hadn't yet cleared, so I stopped it by cancelling my debit card, which luckily for me, killed the transaction. Then two days later I get a message informing me that they had 'cancelled' my order as I had requested (no doubt after they realized that they hadn't received their booty), so that I could re-order - yeah, right!

I placed my order on 2/24 and money was taken from my bank account on 3/12, however, as of 4/6 I don't have parts, a tracking number or even an estimated shipping date. My parts were not shipped within the promised 15 business days that were quoted at the time of order and now that it's been 31 business days, I don't believe they'll ship at all. I emailed on 3/27 asking for a refund and got no response. I emailed again on 4/3 asking for a refund and got no response. I've sent 4 other emails about the status of my order and have no more info than I had the day the order was placed. As of now, 7 weeks later, I have no parts and no refund. I would give them zero stars if possible for stealing my money. Do not order anything from this company.

I made an online purchase on the 30th of October(Saturday). I tried to get ahold of them through email on Sunday for a order change. Nothing all day. All Monday. Nothing. So I called Tuesday morning. Rang and said mailbox was full. So called later and was same thing. Full mailbox.
I called Wednesday and it RANG! No answer. Was “not in hours”. Called again later and got the sammmmeee answering message. I checked my email and... THE FIRST THING THEY SAID WAS MORE MONEY?! They said it’s a special paint now. It’s a Mazda guys. So they’re asking $85 more. They know exactly what paint I have. It’s in the options to pick from when I’m selecting the bumper. So why the 85$ and no customer service for the 3 business days? Because this place is a scam. Couldn’t get ahold of them so I called my bank and cancel my payment to them!

If you do trust them....... PAY WITH CREDIT CARD AND MAKE SURE YOUR NOT GETING RIPPED OFF.
