Received with the paints a dried up mess. In order to issue a refund they want me to send back (my cost) in exactly the same way it was received to Israel. How would I do that if it has been opened to find the dried up paint. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Numbers too dark
Fast delivery. Colours don't really represent original painting (American Gothic)
Would be much better if the numbers were printed in a lighter colour, show through light colours and had to go over several times

made a purchase on April 8th and still have not gotten it said it went through customs and no US tracking # they said they will get that for me and since then they do not respond no will they give me a refund
This was a custom picture of my dog and the 1st one looked like a cartoon character, so they showed me a new one they were sending and had me approve it but never send it

I placed my second order with PaintVibe and it arrived from the U.S. to my home in Canada within a week!
I really enjoy the paint-by-number experience. I find it relaxing, the colours are chosen for the picture, I don't have to think about it. And so many beautiful pictures to chose from!
The canvas is already stretched on a wooden frame ready for hanging.
Very highly recommend this company.

I ordered a paint by number canvas from Paint Vibe for $59.95. After the initial purchase I never received another communication from them. When I went back and tracked the item, it said that it was delivered May 1. Neither I nor my neighbors received the package. I have sent 3 emails to their customer support email with no reply. Their website says that delivery related question must be addressed by their shipper which I found was “Yun Express”. After additional leg work on my part to find out how to reach Yun Express, I was able to email them too. I have never received a reply from this company either. I am extremely frustrated by this lack of response, and I am thinking that the whole thing is a scam. I would like my $59.95 refunded to me.

While shipment and delivery tracking are managed by third-party couriers and sometimes fall outside of our control, we want to reassure you that we always stand by our customers when something goes wrong.
Once we became aware of the issue, we stepped in and sent a full replacement package, even though the original tracking showed it was delivered — and we did so at our own cost, because your satisfaction means more to us than the loss. We're also glad to see you later confirmed that the second package did arrive.

I was very happy the personal portrait…well worth the price.
I was very happy the personal portrait came framed, little extras, as well as clear acrylic to complete the end project! I am on #67 now and never received the clear paint. This is 2nd edition personal portrait that was for my sister's 20th anniversary months ago, which I missed because the 1st one was so crappy and ended up throwing it away. This is definitely worth the price!! Thanks.

Best paint by number company!
I have ordered several and completed five already from PaintVibe. You receive all you need to complete beautiful paintings and can also order extra paint if needed. They come already on a board and such a wonderful selection on their website. I just recently completed a beautiful Wolf in the snow for my mantle. Please do not make the mistake I made when I first started and order from another site. You will be dismayed as very little paint is included and the picture is not on a frame. PaintVibe is the only one I trust to purchase these kits. They arrive well packaged and their accessories are great also, such as frames and the wooden wrist support, paint well.

I ran into some challenges while trying to submit a custom order. Unbeknownst to me at the time, there was a behind-the-scenes system issue causing the problem. Since I wasn’t aware of the breakdown, I attempted to submit my order three times, but it still didn’t look right. When I reached out to the support team via email, they promptly identified the issue and efficiently processed refunds for me. Their responsiveness made a difficult situation much smoother.
