I originally ordered 2 paintings and they were very good. The outlines were all in black and easy to see and the numbers were all similar colours to the paint , so you did not need to paint over them twice. I ordered two more and i am not happy. The outlines were all pale yellow and extremely difficult to see and all the numbers were bold black and would need to be painted twice. I tried to paint with the aid of my torch but still had great difficulty in seeing the lines. I complained and sent photos and asked why they have changed their design. They said the design change was for the better and " happy painting". I asked for a refund as i could not do any of the painting but they said the design was OK. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. tHE AFTER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS

Ordered to my address for the 2nd time. First time no issues, second time it’s come up as delivery failed; wrong address. It’s the same address as my first order. Contacted support 4 times and no response. Will be lodging a scam complaint with my credit card company as something fishy here.

Very poor customer service. The kits do not come with enough paints to cover the canvas once, let alone a second layer to make it look good. Website claims that it can happen and to simply contact them if you need more. When approached, they said everything was sold out - no apologies or any resolution options regarding the matter.

When followed up two more times, there are no responses and been ghosted by the company.

Unfortunately unable to finish the painting that I explained was a gift to my grandmother when I completed painting it. Trying to currently run around to stores in my small town trying to find some sort of match to try and complete it a week before Xmas.

DO NOT ORDER Not good: my first order arrived, lumpy paint which was replaced after a long wait. The canvas quality was great.
My second order which was a wedding photo of my son and daughter-in-law and supposed to be a present for her, was stuck in customs and this company refused to follow up. Neither I nor Australis Post could do anything, Pain by numbers had to. I keep getting fobbed off by email (there is no phone number to call). not a good experience at all, so buyer be warned.

DODGY! They’re called ‘paint by numbers AUSTRALIA’ but ships from China. Takes ages to arrive then arrives damaged. Company didn’t care one bit - big fat no from me!

Dreadful experience. I looked at one review on their website for the painting I bought . . . should have come here instead. Poor quality, dried up paints, and some numbers rubbed off when I primed the canvas which has never happened with any other kit. They advertise fast delivery & the first kit was received relatively quickly, however I've been waiting a week and a half for replacement paints which still haven't arrived. I did receive a refund of the kit only (not postage), but I won't be purchasing again.

I purchased a large 60x90 cm painting but only one set of paints was included. I ran out of paint half way through and asked for an additional set to be sent to me but was told I had to pay $25 for that. I purchased sets from various websites and had never had a problem with getting additional paints free of charge. These guys just ignored me and stopped answering to my emails. Will never purchase from them again and would not recommend dealing with them.

Pictures are great. Instructions are clear. Comes with good brushes. Unfortunately some of the colours are watered down so even after 4 coats it doesn't cover the numbers.

Very poor quality. Canvas was creased when it arrived and I ironed as suggested by them and canvas shrunk so now it is very uneven and bumpy. Product also shipped from China and not Australia. Do not use this company. After several emails they have said they will send me a replacement.

Second Time ordering from them. They are not actually an Australian company and your order will take 3+ weeks to arrive. But the canvas and paints are quality and painting turned out great. Very happy with it

The canvas is not primed correctly. The paint after 3 layers does not cover the numbers and the outline. After paint dries it becomes a chalky like texture. Very disappointed especially the cost of the paint by numbers it should be better quality. I have photos but I am not given an option here to put with my review

I’ve been waiting over one month for my product, obviously it is not an Australian company. It’s a scam

This is not an Australian company. Refund requested and denied despite request within their Refund Policy. Beware.

I ordered 4 canvasses, two extra sets of paint brushes, a magnifying glass and paint brush washer. I thought it would all be prompt as I assumed it was coming from Victoria but not the case, it comes from china. After waiting for a number of weeks I finally got a package and $100 wort of goods were missing. One of my paint brush packs and the four canvasses arrived. I have waiting a week expecting the other items to follow the next day or so ie a split order.. but nothing.. no follow up or response to my return email .. if they do not resolve this at some point I will never order from them again and all should be cautious and consider whether you are going to risk ordering from this company in China

Ordered product on November 29. Still haven’t received it. Seller blames courier. Courier hasn’t received it. Seller will not answer further emails sent (3). DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Over 80% of offerings were out of stock. My order of 2 paintings took 6 weeks to arrive. The paint in one of them was dry. I sent a video to demonstrate the dry paint asking for replacement paint, was promised a replacement pack, never arrived. All follow up emails have been ignored. They claim to be the largest supplier in Australia but have no stock and old stock.

I’m not happy with their service,
They are pushy and force you to accept their job,
They are not good in matching colour and give you your choice of colour to paint,
Not proffetional.

So easy to order and view paintings. Fast delivery my order arrived within 3 days of ordering.

I ordered paintings in March and received the same month. I took my time and enjoyed the process of completing the Abstract Lion and it looks amazing! Will get started on the others I purchased soon.

Customer services was excellent. My painting arrived very quickly and in good condition. Very enjoyable (although time consuming) activity.
