I recently got a brilliant racing and flight sim set up from Player1Sim. Neil and his team are extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally good at what they do. They offered the best all round customer service I have come across in any business. Neil gave me the best guidance as to what setups would best suit my needs and interests.
I am very grateful that I chose to go with Player1Sim and highly recommend them to anyone - whether they are just starting out or a pro gamer. Let the fun begin!!

Excellent customer service from Neil @ Player1Sim Gear, when buying Trak Racer cockpit. Prompt & courteous and responded to my text msg initially. Neil also called me also to provide information and setup opinions. Order placed with him on Friday evening, recieved the order Tuesday the week after! Website also is easier to navigate than official Trak racer site. Will definately use Player1 Sim Gear again for upcoming purchases. Would highly recommend !

I ordered a TR120S V2 cockpit along with a seat and a heap of other bits and pieces for my sim setup. Neil was always easy to get hold of, happy to answer questions and went out of his way to make sure I was looked after. Even when there was a small mix-up with the seat, he sorted it out straight away and made sure I was happy with the end result.

You can tell he actually cares about his customers rather than just taking your money and moving onto the next sale. Pricing was great, communication was excellent and the whole experience was easy.

Everything has arrived now and I'm bloody stoked with the setup. I'll definitely be buying from Player1 Sim Gear again.

Fast postage and easy to install the ncrd flag box. Definitely helps bring a bit more immersion to the driving. Even at low brightness, the flag box is very bright.

Easy to make adjustments to the display within simhub.

The owner is a real enthusiast and knows his craft. Good, clear communication, without delay.

Neil provided the best advice for the best experience and my rig is now complete.

Ordered here multiple times and have spoken to Neil both times he has been incredibly helpful and accommodating and everything has arrived on time or earlier than expected.

The order was a significant amount of money and Player1 were incredible with communication and actually delivering products earlier than expected.

I couldn’t have had better customer service fullstop. I emailed them at 7:30pm asking if they were able to price match something for me which was $150 lower than the listed price. I get an email back just minutes later saying that they are able to price match that item and they’ll send it out in the morning. The best customer service I’ve ever seen.

You would be making a mistake buying gear from anywhere other than these guys if you are in Aus. Most definitely will be a return customer.

Easy as to navigate great handling time great shipping well done

My email enquiry was answered within a day and I was informed the Virpil flight sim part I was enquiring about would be in stock the following week. I promptly placed an order and as promised the part was dispatched just over a week later and arrived in Tasmania a week after which is standard for Aust Post. Very happy customer here.
