Oz Air Online Bewertungen

I initially called to ask about the nearest pick-up location in Victoria, and while the phone operator wasn't able to help at the time, I submitted an enquiry online and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received a follow-up text. From there, communication was excellent—my questions were answered promptly and clearly. The whole process was smooth, and my installer was able to collect the unit from their warehouse without any issues. I’d highly recommend them based on their responsive service and overall efficiency.

Oz Air offers fast delivery, amazing service and high quality air conditioner that works great.

The ordering, payment, and pickup process was so simple.I would definitely recommend Oz Air to anyone.

Fast Delivery

Great technical support

Quick response, came and took a look. Spent a decent amount of time figuring out what needed to be done and didn't charge until they did the job. Good experience overall and would definitely recommend.

Great product. Easy to use and very reliable delivery. Parcel tracking was accurate. Would recommend these guys

The communication was spot on. My air conditioners weren’t a common model, so there were some delays and hiccups. But none of those was the fault of the Oz Air Online team. They were very proactive in helping me resolve the issues. I have no hesitation in ordering from them again and highly recommend them. The speed of their communication alone is enough to make me a happy customer.

Good product. It was easy to assemble and install. They quickly answered my question.

Easy to buy and install. Their bot selects the right size for you based on your measurements and it is very easy to install

Ordered two air diverters unassembled. The online bot was helpful in determining the correct size. The instructions to fit were also clear. The magnetic fitting allows me to fix them without spoiling the unit.

They work well too.

We ordered a new air con panel as our display didn't work. The delivery was very fast and easy to install.

Well made. Excellent Product. Easy to assemble, with magnetic base making it quick and easy to attach without drilling or modifying the AC unit.
