Ordered a skip online for delivery on Friday and collection on Monday. Skip wasn’t delivered until 16:10 on the Friday and wasn’t collected on the Monday called to query why it hadn’t been collected & was told we don’t collect until you call us. Have made 2 calls and skip still hasn’t been collected 4 days later

Paid €250 for a skip be delivered- no…
Paid €250 for a skip be delivered- no delivery took place. Had people waiting to help me load skip waiting around for hours. Called a few times to check where it was, was just told “sometime in the afternoon”. When asked about a refund I was told you can just keep it longer when you do get it, which does not help me at all…
Updated to add that I was told the next day I refused to take delivery of the skip the evening before. I had a missed call at 8pm- tried to call back (no answer) and then texted to say please contact me tomorrow. No mention that the skip was on the way from the driver… just asked for a refund and now left with a load of waste. Absolutely terrible service. If you’re over booked, don’t book in so many deliveries in a day.

Great new app features on top of excellent customer service
Excellent customer service for both domestic bins and skips. In addition to providing quick access to my account info, the collection notifications from the new app means no more waiting to see do the neighbours put out their bins every week.

Oxigen complete weekly collections at our commercial premises. The service is professional and always completed on time.
The customer service team are responsive and quick to arrange ad-hoc waste collections or skip drops. We would recommend Oxigen to other commercial business.

Tried ordering bins as I moved house
Tried ordering bins as I moved house. Date ordered 12th of December, told 3 to 5 working days. Got email on the 17th saying my bins would be 3 to 5 working days. Rang the office they told me bins would be delivered on time that email and receipt was just sent late.
Rang today the 20th Caroline answered when I explained she told me bin take 3 to 7 working days different to what I was told by 2 other colleagues. When I told her it's 2 to 5 days she then proceed to say it's christmas time and things take longer. I should have been told that before taking money out if my bank. I rang another company this morning and they are delivering tomorrow.
As Caroline said it's christmas time and people need bins and acute times.
