The course materials the teaching aids are fantastic but the certification process how to get it is way too slow

Very straightforward process to enrol. I liked that I could study in my time. There were no pressures and the study was pleasant and well written.

Course outline was easily structured and understandable. I have enjoyed the course would recommend it every time one need to upgrade.

High-Value Skills Transfer: Customer care service directly equips me with high-level communication, emotional intelligence, active listening, and conflict resolution. These are "power skills" required in every industry to handle stakeholders, teammates, and clients

The course materials were informative and helped me gain a better understanding of the subject. I found the learning experience engaging and rewarding, and I have already started applying some of the knowledge and skills I gained. I would recommend this course looking to improve their knowledge and professional development through flexible online learning.

I do have more than 15 years work experience along with very good accounting and Finance background
one of my best memorable achievements was implementation of double entry accounting system in one particular district in our region for the first time

Excellent so clear explained

an easy to follow free course if your interested in what AI is and how it functions

I manage to get my certificate and the college informed me that they had a technical challenge they even apologized for the Inconvenience. They offered me free certificate on the course that I'm currently doing.

It was very easy to grasp knowledge

They did not return a response when I reach out to them. I finished the course and when I wanted to see to get the certificate for the course, they won't let contact you at all or let you know what to do after you get done with the course, like they said at the beginning of it, and I pass the course

Easy to follow material, great structure and real world examples where part of the course.

This is very misleading- it states the courses are free but they are NOT! You take the entire exam and then at the end you cant download anything without paying. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!

Good course for beginners. Helped get a birds eye view of AI and provoked further learning

Well structured and flexible course

The experience felt great every time I passed one of the Modules. The best feeling is right now - joy, relief, and self-esteem because I passed the course and I received notice of successful completion. I am anxiously, but pleasantly, awaiting the certificate verification to arrive. Thank you very much, indeed.
Best, Michael Monaghan.
