In a world of call centers overseas and customer service reps who have no vested interest or worse - an answering machine with multiple prompts ; Ped walked me through an easy process of totally converting my traditional 401-K to a self directed IRA . This allowed 100 % of all funds to rollover into this financial institution.

Pierre Kim was great from start to finish: in Education, Execution and finally Delivery.
Only shortcoming in dealing with Oxford is the length of time it takes to physically receive the product.
