I’m very disappointed with this…
I’m very disappointed with this wardrobe. The overall quality feels very poor and flimsy, and the wood/plywood doesn’t feel strong or durable at all. I expected much better quality for the price. Unfortunately, I’m not happy with this purchase.

Terrible Craftsmanship, Brittle/ Breaks Easily
The thing crumbled as I was trying to put it together. The dowels didn’t fit as the holes were drilled too large, the black laminate comes off super easily too.
The design is absolutely shocking in terms of stability and material structure. I DO NOT recommend this product or any from this brand as I would figure they use the same materials and processes for each.

Do not purchase from these rip off merchants !!
Do not purchase from this company !!!!
If I could give this company zero stars I would...I bought wardrobes from them and they are all faulty you can't hang the doors there's no holes to do so !!!....they insist that they are dismantled and boxed for return however as they are glued together (as per manufacturer instructions) this isn't possible.
IV contacted customer services they are less than helpful and repeatedly insist I box them !!!
Trading standards however have informed me that as the fault only became apparent during assembly and they are mostly assembled already and taking them apart as they are egkued doesn't allow them to be packaged....under the consumer goods act of 2015 (I'm well within my legal 30 day window) they have a legal requirement to collect them assembled as the fault only became apparent when it was teg tage to hang the doors there was no holes !! They are refusing !!
At this point I feel totally ripped off almost 500 quid for furniture I can't use !! And they refuse to help I asked a simple question as to how I can package which is impossible !! and they refuse to answer except to say that to receive their help I must comply with an impossible request
Repetitive scripted unreasonable customer service (or lack of) No refund.. no useable wardrobes they have literally ripped me off with goods that are only fit for fire wood !!!

We would like to clarify that we have not refused your return or refund. We are still more than happy to arrange collection of the wardrobes and provide a full refund.
As the wardrobes are currently assembled, our team has asked that they are dismantled as far as reasonably possible and packaged or secured ready for collection. This is because our courier requires items to be made safe for transport and is unable to collect fully assembled wardrobes in their current form. Our team has also provided guidance on how best to dismantle the items given that some sections have been glued during assembly.
We completely appreciate that the fault only became apparent during assembly and understand the frustration this has caused. We are not expecting the wardrobes to be returned in their original condition or packaging, we simply need them dismantled as far as reasonably possible and made safe for the courier to transport.
Our offer to arrange collection and issue a full refund remains open, and our customer service team will be happy to continue working with you to get this resolved.

Thanks for your response, but I do not accept this is a "change of mind" return.
You acknowledge DX failed the original delivery and then failed the replacement delivery. My order was therefore not delivered as agreed, in full, on multiple occasions.
The bed cannot be classed as "delivered correctly" when it arrived as part of an incomplete order, with outstanding items missing after two failed attempts by your contracted courier. The courier is your agent, not mine - their failure is your failure under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The repeated delivery failures have caused significant inconvenience and I have lost confidence in the order. I am rejecting the goods due to failure to deliver as per the contract, not changing my mind.
I am therefore not liable for a return/collection charge. Please arrange a free collection of the bed for a full refund within 14 days. If not, I will be raising a Section 75 / chargeback claim with my card provider and referring the matter to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice.

We completely appreciate your frustration regarding the failed delivery attempts for the wardrobes, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. As the wardrobes were unfortunately not successfully delivered, a full refund for these items has already been processed.
The bed and wardrobes were, however, separate individual products and were not purchased or sold as a set. The bed was successfully delivered and, as we understand it, there is no fault, damage or issue with the item itself.
The non-delivery of the wardrobes has therefore been resolved by refunding those items in full. This does not alter the returns terms applicable to the separately purchased bed.
As set out within our Terms & Conditions, where an item has been correctly supplied and the customer wishes to return it, the cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility. We are therefore more than happy to accept the bed back and issue the applicable refund once returned; however, we are unable to cover the courier cost for its return.
We do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the issues with DX and completely understand why the experience has been frustrating. However, as the bed itself was successfully delivered as ordered and the undelivered wardrobes have already been refunded in full, our position regarding the return cost for the bed remains unchanged.

Decent value for money
Decent value for money but I wasn't given the option to choose the delivery day and I wasn't notified a day in advance about the delivery. The product was left in front of my door ,but fortunately no one stole it.

The desk is lovely, delivered on time, but missing a couple of screws.
I'm very pleased with this desk, it arrived on time and in great condition. Only downfall it was missing two screws, and not all panels are numbered so it took a bit of figuring out, but it's a great desk for the money. If all screws were there then it would definitely be a 5 star.
