Poor Sign Up And Support
A complete waste of time. I tried to sign up for the free trial and was charged a nominal €1. But received 3 identical emails claiming that they had been unable to take a payment. However, my bank, Santander had approved the payment and I approved the payment with the banking app. The email was inaccurate and lacked elements of trust, reliability and a generally positive onboarding and customer experience. It was not possible to resolve the issue quickly and I've emailed their support. I'll look for a better service provider.
