I forgot to tell my accountant that I was employed for one month out of my tax year... This meant that all the forms had to be redone, it was a lot of extra work on their part. They didn't charge me for the extra work when I think they should have.
They also sorted this out very quickly for me and sent off the tax return with speed.

Very thorough and helpful throughout my only thing that I was a little bit unsure of was them asking for my government gateway password it made me feel a little bit uncomfortable.
